Internet order
Parcel went missing and whilst the team sorted it, as the customer I was always chasing. Promised phonecalls with updates from the shop and head office never came. Had to drive to the shop to pin down what was happening.

Excellent service
I ordered my paint on the Thursday night before good Friday not realising the company closes completely for Easter but the decorator was coming in to start painting on Monday which was ok as I already had the paint for the stairs.
First thing Tuesday I rang up to see when my paint would arrive for the living room in a panic after lunch the paint was here
No contest!!

Review zonder uitnodiging
First class personal service.
Wallpaper and other DIY products ordered in store and also on line a few days later. In both instances Brewers rang us to confirm our goods were ready for collection. They even wheeled our trolley to the car and loaded everything into the boot. When we've called them for advice the phone has been answered quickly and expert guidance given. Brewers are efficient, good value and give a first class personal service!
