I am a busy Decorator so do not have the time to pop into the shop for purchases so I order over the phone. If I phone early enough I can gat same day delivery saving me precious time.

Bought a Mirka solution pack with 10…
Bought a Mirka solution pack with 10 free sanding packs and 5 free pad savers.
When I went to collect at store the manager had taken out 5 of the sanding packs which he immediately replaced when I questioned it but didn’t have the pad savers.
Told me me he would sort it as soon as he could.
Waited 2 weeks with no reply so ordered the pad savers on line delivered in 3 working days.
The manager wasn’t on site when I said they should be free as per offer staff that served me sorted it with no issues so no complaints.
The manager said he had opened the box and removed the 5 boxes of sanding discs and pretty sure the pads which seemed very odd !!
