I have worked with Brightstar Financial on several cases recently and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish the communication has been excellent and the whole team has been genuinely committed to getting cases over the line.

Stephanie Healey was brilliant at the initial stage, taking the time to look at scenarios properly and coming back with clear, practical answers. She made the process of getting things agreed in principle straightforward and was always happy to help.

Keagan Cole has been outstanding throughout. He kept me updated at every step, chased things with the lender on our behalf and pushed hard to keep things moving when timelines were tight. You always knew exactly where things stood, which is invaluable when you are managing client expectations.

Thomas Altman handled the completions side with real attention to detail, making sure nothing slipped through the cracks and flagging anything that needed attention promptly. Between Keagan and Thomas the case was chased all the way through to completion.

As a broker, having a packager who is responsive, proactive and genuinely on your side makes a massive difference. Brightstar have been all of those things and I will absolutely be using them again

Was very happy with the service that Albey Chambers gave us as he help through the long wait process to complete on our flat. From the start of the process Lee Payne was immensely helpful, pointing me in the right direction and going out of his way to arrange a call with one of the team after telling him how long the process had been going on with a high street lender to no avail so we could ensure that this was the right option for them.
Stewart then picked this up and took over for the clients who had been backwards and forwards with a highstreet lender who kept changing the goal posts for them and in the end declined to proceed. He had the quotes out almost immediately after receiving the information and had this turned around and in the clients bank within 2 weeks for the clients who had been waiting over 4 months! He kept me updated throughout the process as well as the clients and was all round on the ball for them which was a god send given they'd waited so long and was unsure of the process as well as a bit defeated from their experience with the bank.
Amy then followed this up in Stewarts absence on holiday and also was very on the ball with updating myself and the clients.
All round a brilliant experience for both adviser and client and has left us with a very happy client!
