I have dealing with Brightstar for many years and they have always provided great service throughout.
They helped again on this residential bridging finance case. They were very quick in being able to find an appropriate lender and in getting the case through to completion.
The Brightstar Bridging loan team, specifically Tamzin Whitworth, Benjamin Peace and Luis Lee have been excellent throughout this whole process, always responded quickly to any questions and in liaising with the lender on any points.
I can definitely recommend the Bridging Team at Brightstar.

Bridging finance
Brightstar helped me obtain bridging finance for my first BTL investment property. They were very quick in finding a lender and securing the finance. Luis Lee, the person dealing with my case went above and beyond and was extremely responsive, would call or reply to my emails within minutes, and even chased solicitors on my behalf right up until the completion day. I think their price is fair and I will definitely be using them again.
