We rented a property through The Bristol Residential Letting co for the last 6 years. The property was lovely and Bristol Reslet were a great agency. We received prompt support whenever required. Any issues were that cropped up from time to time were always resolved satisfactorily by Charlie, our Property Manger.

I have been letting my properties in Bristol through Bristol Residential since 2011 and am completely satisfied with their service and professionalism. From marketing the properties, vetting tenants, collecting rent and arranging repairs the service is always outstanding. I deal with Joe (Property Manager) in Clifton and Andy (Property Manager) in Southville. Special thanks also to Angela in accounts for ensuring that rental payments are collected promptly. With changes coming to the rental sector I am confident that Ed and his team will be on top of the new legislation which is a great comfort. Highly recommended.

The team at TBRLC are 1st class and our property manager, Amy Garrod, has been outstanding. We have experienced many property managers over the years from other companies, and all were okay - however TBRLC stand head and shoulders above them all. Amy has proved to be brilliant, dealing with any issues in a calm, measured and self-assured way. She, and the broader team at TBRLC, are professional and responsive ensuring happy tenants AND happy owners.
