Quick service and cheapest I found
Quick service and cheapest I found. My only problem is the website when it comes to purchasing the order I've had to re do it at least 3 times for the payment to actually go through, just frustrating. But I've obviously returned as a customer twice now.

It's always great to hear when our prices are the best around. I'm glad the service was also nice and quick for you.
With regards the payment issues you've mentioned, I've looked in to these. To explain how this works, it isn't the site as such. Once you click to pay by card, it takes you to an external card processing site. In our case, we use Opayo. They then have rules set in place to make sure all card data such as the address, postcode, phone numbers and email address all match what they've previously seen used. If they don't, they may then reject the card.
I can see on your first order, there was 2 attempts made with a Visa card which didn't go through. You then used a Visa Debit and that worked fine. On your most recent order, a Visa card was first tried which failed. A second attempt was made with a Mastercard and that went through fine.
I hope the above clears things up for you and it doesn't deter you from placing any more orders with Buildershop UK if the need arises.

About 3 weeks ago I ordered a surround sound speakers for $39.99 off of website that I thought was Buildershop UK not only did I not get my speakers two days later they drained my account of all my money. So came on here and wrote a very harsh review I want to apologize to Buildershop UK for the negative review and I want to warn people about the fake website. There website is the same name but without the UK at the end Buildershop.com the website looks real these crooks put a lot of effort into the website to make it look real so please be careful and again Buildershop.co.UK I apologize and keep doing a good job 💯

As yours was the second such review I'd received (the other one was removed by the customer who realised he'd had the same issue as yourself) then I'm just going to repost the email I sent to you initially. This is because I suspect at some point, I'm going to get similar reviews from more disgruntled buyers in the US! I can then go back to this review to save the time in composing a similar message.

Please can I ask that you remove this review from our website and add it to the correct one?
The reasons for this are:
1. We are a UK- based company and our website only allows orders to be put through with UK postcodes. I can see from your review that dollars were used. We don't accept dollars.
2. Your review is organic/unsolicited. If you had placed an order with Buildershop UK, you would have received an invitation to leave feedback. You definitely won't have one of those from ourselves.
3. We DO NOT, and never will take customers money and then send no goods.
4. You have left the review on the wrong website. It looks like there is a scam website operating in the US that has a very similar name to our company. Our company name is Buildershop UK Ltd with the web address of Buildershoponline.co.uk.
You'll see from the web search I've just done the issue:
buildershope.com is reported as a high-risk site with numerous complaints regarding undelivered products, non-functional contact methods, and fake tracking information. Users report long delays, ignored emails, and potential, total loss of funds (often 1-star ratings).
Please note, this company is a US based company that has nothing to do with Buildershop UK.
I'd suggest it would be worthwhile reporting the company you've made the purchase from to the authorities in the US to hopefully save other people from the same scam.
As you can see from our ratings, we have around 95% of 5-star ratings. This is because we provide an exceptional level of customer service.
Once you've read this, I would kindly ask that you remove this review.
