I’ve dealt with Mark from the builders shop UK. He is very efficient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be using their services again. I will say the search bar function on their website could do with upgrading as when you type in products you have to be very specific with your wording. This is a very minor criticism.

Website a little dated and not all relevant information displayed straight away so you always need check details, but yeh sales team contact you straight away with important information, and are keen to change the order if needed. Feels like more face-to-face sale rather than classic online shopping what is a good thing in that case. All on time, in good condition. Very good experience.

The in-depth feedback is good to hear. I agree the website is a little dated and we are in the process of having it rebuilt. It is though quite a slow process due to the complexities of the site owing to the vast range of products we have for sale.
As with any online sale, it is always important to check the details but especially when dealing with heavy/bulky materials that the majority of the time, are delivered on very large wagons.
