Friendly helpful customer service and fast delivery

I do however feel this your review maybe somewhat inaccurate and frankly very unfair. If the materials have been delivered wrong, then I'm very sorry. You have though given us no chance to put this right and have just left a 1-star review. I do think that nobody is perfect and mistakes do happen. I strongly believe though it is how things are put right that shows a proper reflection of a companies service.
I've checked all our records and you stated that gravel was ordered. This isn't correct. You ordered 20mm Ballast. The order confirmation you received when you placed the order would have stated this. The email that was sent confirming your delivery date also stated ''Thanks for your order of 20mm Ballast.'' The invoice you was sent at the same time also states that 20mm Ballast was ordered.
That said, if sand was delivered, this is clearly an error which we would happily have put right given the chance.
I did email you yesterday asking that you provide some further details so we can hopefully look at getting this problem rectified for you but have had no response.
