Butler and Stag - Always!
I have let my flat with one agent only. Why? Because I have never had cause to complain. Everything is communicated to me at the earliest opportunity by the Property Management Team. If I can’t get through to PM another member of Butler and Stag always picks up the phone and ensures it it fielded to the correct person. My rental income is good and I have always had a stream of tenants wanting to rent it. My monthly statements are always sent through as soon as rent is paid. Why go anywhere else?

Agent intentionally delaying deposit refund
Rented a falt with them in central London.
Horrible experience - agent was slow to respond to all queries and at the end of the tenancy tried to scam us to pay for cleaning even though we had already purchased a professional clean outside.
Flat was decent but would avoid the company at all costs going forward. Worked with Lucy and Natalie from the Bow office who seemed to intentionally delay the entire deposit refund process.

I have checked the notes on your tenancy and investigated your case with our property management team.
At the end of your tenancy the professional checkout evidenced damage and the property requiring a professional clean.
Following mediation, our client was willing to forgo the damage but requested £133 from your deposit to put towards the clean.
Despite our best efforts and time spent, you disagreed which left us no alternative but to put the matter to dispute.
I must hasten to add, that if you had taken care of the propoerty and cleaned it to the correct standard, your full deposit would be back with you.

I called the company on two occasions and explained that I was interested in viewing the one bed Bungalow (Madells) which is currently on the sales market and left all of my details yet no one has had the courtesy of returning my call. Very disappointing service.

The property you were enquiring about had a sale running on it. The seller (a developer) requested that the property be left available for sale, as the purchaser was progressing slower than reasonably expected. This was explained to you at the time.
A day later the property exchanged and has subsequently completed.

Very happy customer
Paul and his team have been fantastic! I am renting my flat out and am quite stressed with the process - they have calmed me down and been so very helpful explaining everything to me from documents needed, viewing confirmations etc and have recommended great workmen to do some jobs needed to get the flat ready to rent out. I have just had phone call to say that an offer has come through - this is 2 days after the flat went on the market. I am a VERY satisfied customer!

Amazing service 10/10
We had a great experience with Butler and Stag when selling our flat in East London. We had many years of worrying our flat would not sell due to having cladding however this was not a problem, as Bradley was really knowledgable on dealing with this and meant our buyer was put at ease.
