It has been the first time I bought something from Calissa. I am very happy with the fast reply, price and shipping of the product. I knew the product (Aromatherapy Associates body oil) and I think it is excellent. I opted for the untracked shipping and it took a while [I am in New Zealand), but everything turned up well.

Unfortunately my eyebrow powder arrived broken & crumbled in its packaging. Nothing else in the box was broken & it was well packaged so I’m assuming it was broken before it left the warehouse but wasn’t checked prior. Otherwise I was really happy with everything but receiving a broken product was disappointing.

The cream did not have the same lovely smell as the one i purchased from this works directly and slightly different consistency.......makes me think its from vrry old stock. Disappointing.

This was my first purchase on Calissa. I bought a few products which I have bought and used before from other retailers, but I wanted to try a new online retail experience and I liked the independent brands available on Calissa. The products were reasonably priced and the website was full of other products and brands which appeal to me. I received a nice welcome discount and some free samples which made my purchase better value! Ordering was simple and I received confirmation of my order and dispatch pretty quickly. My order was tracked and arrived on time. My free samples were missing from my delivery but a quick email to Calissa soon put that right and they arrived next day :-) I’m happy with my products and will definitely use the site again to buy my beauty products from.

Great product, far cheaper than I can get over in NZ for the same thing, took a long time to arrive but thats standwrd going from uk to nz. Customer service was great and quick when I made contact with the team. They stated that they'd do all they could to help if my package had gone missing, even though I'd opted for non-tracked delivery :)

Could use less plastic in your packaging though

Happy with my purchase, a Mason Pearson hairbrush and the process of overseas delivery. (All that would be 5 stars). Just didn't want the marketing emails that followed, but I've unsubscribed from them.

I ordered a number of products all of which were of great quality. The calm balm with lavender has benefited my elderly father not only with a moisture barrier but the benefits of lavender helps keep him at ease. The natural rose roll on deodorant has a subtle scent I love, can fault the mascara and moisturising replenishing lash cream either.
Can any of the products I ordered be purchased within Australia at all? Would love to buy them regularly.
