I ordered my goods on 6th October,2019 and as of 20th November have still not received parcel. So not very happy at all.

Extremely happy with the service , my order but most importantly the price.
The initial discount just for signing up is amazing and even with paying the very low postage all the way to Australia my order was still heaps cheaper then buying locally.

Love Calissa. Every thing I ordered arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. Oh, and very quickly. I have been reading the reviews on the Mason Pearson hair brush, but the prices were so expensive that I just couldn’t. Your price was good so I got the brush. I love it. I will be buying one for my husband and niece. Also your samples were very generous. Couldn’t be more happy with buying from Calissa.

Deliveries are punctual and accurate. Only issue I have is quantity of certain items is only one or limited when I tried to order multiples. It happened to too many items I tried to order.

I was looking for a Denman black brush.
It’s perfect size ( a little bit smaller than ordinary ones so easy to pack for travelling, but still easy to brush my thick hair. I colour my hair but it does keep clean!

I think is the bad service. Becase i ordered product in 3 Oct and i received in 17 oct.
Product expired date 11/19.
And your website isn’t tell before i buy.
