I really enjoy the Canvas Castle…

I really enjoy the Canvas Castle artwork because of how vibrant and colorful it is. The bold use of bright colors instantly catches your eye and brings a sense of energy and life to the piece. Each color seems thoughtfully placed, creating a playful and magical atmosphere that draws you in. The way the different shades blend together makes the paintings feel like it belongs in a fairytale world, filled with imagination and wonder.

Another reason I like this artwork is because it has a lot of little details that keep you looking at it longer. The colorful paintings and lively backgrounds make the entire scene feel cheerful and welcoming. It’s the kind of artwork that can brighten up any room and lift your mood just by looking at it. Overall, the artwork has beautiful and joyful pieces that stand out for its creativity and vibrant styles.

Order Placed: June 8, 2025 (invoice shows June 9)
Paid: $100 for a 55”x 28” canvas
Shipping Delays & Phantom Tracking - I received a tracking number on June 14, but as of June 18, 8:53 PM EST, FedEx still shows only “Shipment information sent” — no actual pickup or transit scan.
* This is a common complaint: other customers regularly report FedEx/UPS labels issued days (or weeks) before actual shipment ([reddit.com][1]).
Misleading Location & Fulfillment - The website lists a Miami, FL address; Trustpilot shows New Zealand; reviews mention shipping out of India — all without clear disclosure.
*Many customers confirm shipments are actually printed and sent from India, despite suggestions of domestic fulfillment.
Poor Customer Service & Tone-Deaf Replies - My direct inquiries—“where’s my package?”—went unanswered or were deflected (“refer to FAQ”).
* When I pressed further, I was rudely called “anxious” and told to “relax” in a condescending tone.

1) The Support team is in the USA, yes I am in Miami. I have no idea where you got our NZ Finance address from but that's a very unusual thing to write about
2) I'm not sure how else to keep telling you but when you're order has finished transit it will be scanned for delivery. You will wait for your order like everyone else

Final Verdict - Avoid ordering from CanvasCastle unless you're comfortable with massive delays, uncertain shipping, and poor customer service.** I spent $100 and got nothing, not even a clear answer. Don’t let them ghost you—dispute the charge, warn others, and go with a more reputable provider.

AVOID the product and the company

AVOID.

Very poor communication, unclear about the whole "framing" process, very rude on email, a very long ordering time and when the product did finally arrive is was very poor. I ordered a "framed" product, and it arrived as a DIY canvas, with very poor instructions, a useless online video on "how to do it". Returning it immediately. AWFUL.

Hi Ian - this is not true. You lost your tracking number so we resent it. Your order arrived in 9 days which is very reasonable. And you didn't order "framed", you ordered the diy frame. The diy frame video is designed to be very simple to follow but if you need help we're happy to assist, please just email the team. READ EVERY LINE

I ordered 2 art pieces & thought the price was very good, especially for being framed. Problem was, they weren’t framed. You go to the site, you click on a picture you like, you select a size & ‘with frame’ & then you pay. Unfortunately there is nothing there to indicate they are DIY……. UNLESS you click on read more & go to the very last line. The frame itself is cheap wood & compressed cardboard for the perimeter with absolutely no center support. I was very happy with the canvas paintings themselves, but I would never have paid additional money for the quality of the DIY frame. My pictures are now at Michael’s where they will be properly framed. I felt the site was intentionally set up this way & somewhat deceptive. I have responded to the company & would hope that they would credit my account for the additional price they charge for ‘framed’ which would be $30 for each picture ($60). Ord#54617

If you ordered the diy frames you definitely don't need to go to Michael's, the frames are very easy to fit and most people prefer these frames regardless because of the low cost. Still waiting on my order, but so far so good!

I haven’t received my order yet, so I can’t speak to the final product—but I wanted to share my experience so far. The ordering process was smooth and the website was easy to navigate. I appreciated the clear customization options and checkout was simple.

I’m really excited to see how the final piece turns out! I’ll be happy to update this review once it arrives. So far, the customer service and experience have been promising.
