40 Yr old student loan debt
I received a letter in July with an offer to a reduction of my debt if i cleared it. I paid the amount in full. I thought that was it and it was cleared. Then 3 weeks later I got a text msg offering a reduced rate to clear debt. So I paid that amount, again in full. I went back on the site and there was an extra amount there, I paid that and have took screen shots of app to prove that is cleared. This caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety

Straight forward to make a payment
Straight forward to make a payment. Issues with setting up a payment plan though which was a shame as I had hoped to setup a plan for future payments. Not an issue though as I will make direct payments in future.

I’m 72yrs old this year
I’m 72yrs old this year, and I can’t grasp how to do it on line, not having no one at home makes it so much harder…. But the gentleman who I spoke to was so understanding that I had tried to do what they asked me to do but failed my hands shake so it just adds letters or numbers therefore making it difficult for me, but he was so patient with me and helped me through it all as messed up my payment but he said don’t worry we can help you through it again so what an amazing man you have helping OAPs please thank him again for me he was amazing.

Poor communication
Poor communication . Very unhelpful. Have to re repeat details everything. Poor service . Need to keep records updated as when having to personally chase up each call is on hold for ages. Never would I ever use this service very unprofessional
