Caprinos Pizza Reviews 

Ordered loaded fries and bbq chicken wings with curly fries, waited 20 minutes before returning, as I’ve walked into the shop I seen the attendant picking up salad with bare hands before serving it to me, when asked for a fork they told me they don’t have any and that they have asked manager to order some. As I was talking to the attendant they were placing their hands next to their mouth.
I think it’s unacceptable that they serve this way and disgusting

Adrian was lovely, had a nice little friend group that he introduced us to. Mangos were lovely and only cost 67 cents and a nice barbershop next door and the pizza was freshly gooned on 10/10 experience with no uncs.

Ordered pizza at 3am. Was spot on. The pizza was absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional. The delivery man was lovely and understanded our criteria. The order also came 20 minutes early!!

Overall I will be back here again very soon as this was amazing pizza and everything was perfect so thank you all very much 💗

Ordered a 9"pizza with chicken goujons, charged me over £23, what arrived was a tiny pizza, I ate it because I had work straight after, never again, disgraceful, could hsve had a massive pizza from. Papa John's for less money

Don't be fooled by the name. I thought it was Italian but it is Islamic which means it is Halal. I do not eat Halal so I have no need to order from here again. The food was nice but Halal is not for me.

Pizza was better than dominos

Me and my family experienced stomach upset twice after eating food from Caprinos, Swindon. This has been very disappointing, and we’ve decided never to order from there again. Food should always be prepared with proper hygiene, and this incident makes me question their standards. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their food safety practices.

Good clean and good pizza

very disappointment ordered mac and cheese pasta for 8.99 pot was pretty much empty with hard shells. (have pictures) ordered a salad pot and the same less than half full hardly no salad in (have pictures) food always arrives late. Pizza was good but very disappointment in the constant late delivery and pretty much empty bowls on the salad and pasta for the price you pay for them! wont be ordering anymore from this place

Had to wait 2 hours for my order ,phone up after 40min of waiting for my order. When the pizza shop answered my call they said it will be delivered in 16min which it didn't arrived I give up .Then 2hours later I recieved my order,will not use them again very poor service

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star, door was nearly 2 hours late couldn’t get hold of them when I rang up the. Someone rang me saying it’s on the way and when I asked why so long they hung the phone up, finally turned up delivery said they were outside my house when I went outside they were at the top of the street. pizza is all squashed in the box and burnt, didn’t give me my drink of choice, won’t order again not worth it.

Sampled the new menu item of chicken pasta and I’ve got to say it is absolutely amazing. The flavours of the chicken and tomato sauce complements each other so well and the pasta so soft and delicious. Will definitely be ordering it again for a lunch which fills you on the go 100% recommended

Disgusting, had loaded fries and was drenched in sauce, so over powering made them soggy and rank. The wrap was also drenched in bbq sauce, couldn’t taste anything but tangy sauce. Wouldn’t recommend or return

We resisted ordering from Caprinos at first – just felt like another mini chain added to our town, which already has about 100 takeaways. But eventually we gave in and honestly, we were pleasantly surprised.

The pizzas are always fresh, hot, and loaded with toppings. We always go for the stuffed crust – it’s proper tasty, and my son loves it too. It’s actually the only way I can get him to eat his crusts, so that’s a bonus in itself!

The quality’s been consistently good, and their deals are decent for what you get. Delivery’s been spot on too – fairly quick and always polite drivers. Never had a wrong order or anything missing.

It might be part of a chain, but Caprinos feels like it holds its own. Definitely one of our regulars now – glad we gave it a chance.

They tried to charge me around £3 more than the menu prices saying the till just had different prices. They finally agreed to the menu prices but added a £0.50 service charge that wasn't documented anywhere on the menu again stating this is just what the till said. Fake pricing and false advertising!

Disgraceful had to wait 18 minutes for fries at 19:30 in Chester.
They gave mouse potion and didn’t give give a dam, very poor wound not touch with a barge pole 🤮

These are the absolute best Pizzas in Biggleswade by far. They are so full of flavour and taste amazing. They aren't greasy and always arrive piping hot.
I go nowhere else for pizza, I highly recommend Caprinos Pizzas.
