I recently bought the Derma Red P900 Light Panel from Care Lamps UK for my own personal use, and I couldn't be happier that I did or that I used this company. The lamp is extremely sturdy and of good quality. It has the two wavelengths that are used in mostly all studies that deal with a wide range of health issues including pain relief, anti-inflammation, tissue healing, energy production (due to improved mitochondrial function) and collagen enhancing. Actually the list of health, wellness and beauty benefits is endless and the company has a link to a vast number of studies on it's website under 'red light therapy' and 'learn'. Delivery was quick, smooth and problem-free and I have found Ian in customer services to be extremely helpful (e.g. when I had an issue setting the lamp up which was down to me not reading the instructions properly!). I can't wait until the company has their vertical stands back in stock at which point I'll order one along with a small additional panel to add to the larger panel. I bought the Derma Red P600 device and paid £499.00 online. After that, I received no confirmation, no receipt, no information whatsoever. I found no telephone number on their websites. I left two emails to them. But no replies. It has been more than 3 days now. I think their customer service is very poor to say the least, and possibly fraud. I am going to withdraw my payment.

I bought the lamp 3 months ago because I thought it might help with the symptoms of a thyroid problem. It has. I have a lot more energy than I did, am more flexible and suffer less aches and pains. It has significantly reduced my back pain in particular. It is a very good quality machine. I use it almost every morning after bathing and enjoy luxuriating in its lovely warm glow. I accompany my session with a YouTube video, usually the sound of waves lapping against a beach, to get that holiday vibe! I love it - it makes me feel so much better.

The parcel thrown by courier over 2m Gate and damaged.
Ian requested a video , then as he refused to believe my word persisted with aggresive and derogatory argumentative tone that machine was not damaged.

The product was as described and of good quality. I received the lamp within the time promised and am very pleased that my psoriasis has already started to improve.

It's absolutely wonderful and it works.
I have been using it for the last 2 weeks and it has made a huge difference.
I highly recommend for people with Psoriasis.

The lamp is exactly what I needed. Only problem so far is if we try to change the angle poise, the light goes out. The bulb fitting is loose so we leave the lamp in the same position all the time. It's doing the job it was purchased for.

Easy to order what I needed, with fast response to my query when the lamp was delayed due to postal service not the company itself. The uvb lamp works on my skin as well.

I have only used the lamp for one week so cannot give an accurate review of results however it seems to have calmed my skin down. I struggled to get the lamp on initially so warmed it up as advised in the instructions, it does seem to be temperamental but when it stays on its great. Very fast efficient delivery too.

Lamp arrived promptly.
I am using it every day in line with suggested times. Hopefully it will improve my psoriasis in time as it is my last hope.The little sun we got here in Ireland did improve it a bit in the Summer but all the prescribed and not prescribe creams etc were no good.Because of Covid I could not get any sun in Spain or Portugal this year. That would have improved it too
Because of Brexit there was Irish VAT to be paid plus delivery charge awful nuisance since the UK left the EU as I used buy a lot from the UK but now no more.

Fast Delivery and product working as intended but most importantly my psoriasis has cleared up and continues to be improved even after a month.

Got the lamp didnt realise the extra charges with customs but it came intact so all good

Carelamps has been so far a very good company with very good customer service. My lamp had an issue, it would suddenly switch off the screen or the screen and lamp itself too, I contacted Carelamps and I got it picked up and replaced for a brand new lamp in very short time. So far so good, and they’ve given 3 years guarantee to this lamp too. Highly recommended.
