Carpets 4 Less Reviews

From first viewing, final install to after sales. I received a 5start service from the Bicester store.

I have special needs and communication is a particular problem for me. I didn’t have to worry as everyone was very easy going. Happy to explain things over and over until I understood.

I even had something I wasn’t sure about. Contacted them and they sent someone round. Put my mind at rest.

Thanks again to everyone involved.
You are doing a fantastic job!

First time using this company and I wasn’t disappointed. Mike came out when he said he would and gave me a good quote. He even got me a fitting date that worked around other work I was having done. Simon who came to do my flooring came earlier on the day which was a bonus and was done in a few hours. Would recommend

Fantastic service from Mike! Absolute legend. I will not go anywhere else for my carpets. Fab quality and the service from when you walk through the door - from having your carpets fitted it 10/10!
Thanks Mike!

The fitters were very polite, carpet looks amazing, very good quality and price was low. Would definitely use this shop again, from a very happy customer.

Excellent service from shop to fitting! Very knowledgeable and helpful, no hard sell!

Having had the stairs and landing carpeted earlier by this company, we decided to have them fit our bedroom carpet. Each time we’ve received great friendly service, the prices very reasonable also. Communication was great and the carpet fitter very friendly and professional. Our go to for carpet in the future. This review relates to the Stoke on Trent store in Fenton.

We had Moin and Junaid come to fit our carpets today and they went above and beyond to fit carpets.
We had a large bed that couldn't be moved easily but they problem solved the issue and got the job done.
Very polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them

Had 2 bedroom carpets bought and fitted in the last few months.
Very pleased with the service in store and carpet fitters were friendly and did a good job

Bought some vinyl for my bathroom, which was a bargain I can’t deny that. Asked them to fit it, the fitter came an hour late with no apology or anything the flooring has been laid poorly & not only that he left his rubbish everywhere in my house after he left. Appalling job would not go back. Whittlesey branch.

I bought flooring for a house I have recently moved into and as always there was extra flooring left which when I went back to the Chingford store the team there was very accommodating in that I could swap the excess flooring with another flooring I required for the bath. The customer service was exceptional and the whole process was made very easy for me. I would like to thank the team at the Chingford store.

Just had hall stairs landing and 4 bedrooms carpeted. All i can say is SUPERIOR to another Company we used for front room recently. Quality is excellent fitters got on with job as soon as they arrived.

Chingford -Hasan was extremely helpful.

Assissted me with choosing the right carpet.

I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Thank you to Hassan for his hospitality. He made us feel welcome and we were able to find what we wanted with his support. Kind regards.
I will defintely come back!

We were particularly impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and the care Jamie, from the Bicester Carpets4less Store, took throughout the 2 days he was with us. The carpets look fantastic, and the finish is immaculate. The staff in the store were most helpful, helped with selection and gave us accurate information about delivery time. I recommend the company and services and will certainly contact it for any future work.
