Imran was very helpful with advice, very professional

I wanted carpets and Lino for my new house, I didn’t want to be messed about or given some long winded company history, I just wanted to pick a carpet, get a price and have them fitted. Good prices for carpets and between going into the shop and having them fitted there wasn’t any hassle and at no point did I feel like I was being scammed or taken for a ride.

I visited Carpets 4 Less in Orpngton/St. Mary Cray, just to buy a piece of trim for my home, and I had such a lovely experience!

The gentleman who welcomed me was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He went above and beyond my expectations to make sure I had exactly what I needed. Once I had purchased the item, he even kindly offered to carry it to my car for me.

It's not often you come across such genuine care and excellent customer service. I left feeling truly valued as a customer.

I would highly recommend Carpets for Less without hesitation. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Excellent attentive service in store then when fitting done a excellent job overcome so problems with good knowledge so looked really nice when finished

Good service in shop but poor fitting. They bent a carpet which still has a crease in it, it’s coming off around the sides, they’ve been out twice only to give me the “oh it will settle with the heat” rubbish. Just poor fitting service. Will avoid in future and if two young blokes turn up at yours, send them away.

Visited the S-O-T Fenton store, Mike the store manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable at finding us the right carpet, excellent customer service. The carpet fitters did an amazing job. Very pleased with the carpet. 5 stars would highly recommend.

Just had a bedroom carpet fitted by Ehtasham, Ali and Raja. They were polite, efficient and very accommodating. Above all they were most professional and I would definitely recommend to anyone else considering having a carpet fitted. A great team!

Quick and efficient service at the Wellingborough store enabled us to choose our carpet easily.
Delivery and instalation was much quicker than anticipated and the fitters were very pleasant and helpfull, even helping move some heavy furniture back in afterwards.
Would thoroughly recommend.

Used the Stoke on Trent store (Fenton) and Mike the store manager was excellent. Really helpful and guiding me through all the various carpet options and extras I needed for carpeting several rooms. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from Hassan in Chingford branch. Professional, helpful and always going the extra mile.

We recently had two carpets fitted by this company, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and helpful. The fitters arrived on time, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. The carpets look amazing, and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding.

They left everything clean and tidy when they finished, and the whole experience was stress-free. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service and high-quality carpet fitting. Thank you for doing such a fantastic job!
