Jack & his team of fitters were excellent. Highly professional. Carpet & flooring look fantastic. Would highly recommend Jack. Jack extremely knowledgable and helpful, going the extra mile. Carpets for less very lucky to have him.

First class service from first impressions in shop, excellent friendly , non pushy service; excellent free measuring service. Excellent fitting by their approved fitter (arranged by then).

Used Swindon branch

Very helpful and knowledgeable bloke (Mike) at the Stoke-on-Trent store. He explained everything about the carpet, and when it would be fitted. Very thorough. Would definitely use Carpets 4 Less again. ⭐️

The carpets laid were lovely good job done by your fitter, £250 +£15 for joining strip, however what he left behind is out of order it will cost me £85 to get it all removed when I said to him about taking his reply was oh well not called carpets 4 less for nuffin and left.

Very disappointed I wasn’t advised about that either.

This was the second time I’ve purchased carpet from the Swindon store. Great quality and prices, particularly for things like underlay.
Measuring and fitting services were great. Had 3 separate fittings by two groups of fitters, both very professional and did a great job!

This was our second time using Carpets4Less and not the last!
The quality of the carpets, customer service, and the price are all great! Would definitely recommend.

Visited the Milton Keynes store (having been let down by the local Tapi carpets). Jess was very knowledgable and helped us find a suitable carpet within our budget and time constraints. Just a few weeks later, Max arrived to fit the new carpets in all 4 bedrooms as well as the landing/stairs - again, clearly very experienced and professional - we couldn't believe he did it all in one day? Fantastic experience overall and we will definitely be using this store again.

Slick service, carpet good quality just what we needed for a bedroom. Lots of choice and good price. Definitely return to Carpets4Less in the future . Also the fitting of the carpet is perfect / zero issues !

Didn’t take long from ordering carpets to them being fitted quality carpets and fitting definitely recommend

Very friendly guy greeted us as we walked in, got some information from us, I told him that it was for the stairs and landing and showed him my diagram and measurements, he showed us what was best for us and then showed us some remnants for a cheaper option, we were shown a really nice looking hard wearing one and knocked off 25% for that day, I also asked if there would be enough to do my hallway which there was, he also offered us a very nice thick underlay too. We are very pleased with what we got and the fitters were quick to arrive and get the job done quickly.

the chap in charge was very cheery and helpfull nothing to much trouble i have now been to the Bedford branch 3 times good experience each time will definitely recommend to others

Brilliant service from Mike and the carpet fitter. Great quality carpet. Can't fault it! Thankyou Mike and the team for a lovely carpet

I bought vinyl flooring for my hallway at a good price and had it delivered and fitted at low cost by one of their carpetforless fitters. Pleased with all the process
