Recently bought a lounge carpet from Carpets 4 Less Stoke on Trent and we are very satisfied with the professional service from those in the store and also the carpet fitters, we will certainly consider useing this company again.

Mike made the carpet process so easy straight from the start. Came out and measured the room, advised on the best type of flooring for us and gave us a great quote. The fitting was sorted straight away and we are very happy with the results

Great selection of carpet to choose from. Nice people to talk to and ask questions. Arranged delivery and fitting , which was suitable for me, the 2 guys that fitted my carpet were polite, professional and tidy. Will definitely get my next carpets from here. 😃

I recently purchased carpets from Carpets4Less in Colchester and had them fitted today by Peter – I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! Peter arrived on time and was very polite and respectful of the space. The fitting itself was flawless, and the carpets look absolutely fantastic! Not only did he complete the job quickly, but he also made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward, leaving no mess behind. Overall high-quality service provided. I highly recommend Carpets4Less and Peter, to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and courteous carpet fitter. I’ll definitely be using them again for future projects!

Great experience from start to finish. We went into the store on the Monday afternoon. Andy spent loads of time with us and answering all my wife's questions and advicing us on the best carpet at the best price. Once the decision was made and the carpet paid for fitting was arranged for Tuesday morning. Simon the fitter arrived bang on time and was professional and polite from start to finish. Within 45 mins the carpet was fitted and he was on his way. We will certainly go back when we next need a carpet

We purchased the carpet, underlay and door bar a few days ago and it was a great price. We got an end of roll at £49 minus the door bar and underlay for my daughters room. The carpet itself is bleachable, lively and soft and the pile is just the right length where vacuuming isn't an issue. The fitting was booked and the gentleman arrived this morning. He called ahead when he was on his way to give me warning which I appreciated.
The gentleman was lovely. He had his radio on working away. Very polite gentleman and he completed the job not long after. The carpet looked perfect. It was cut to fit beautifully, no damage to my skirting boards or pipes, the underlay was lovely and everything was lively and secure.
The fitter cost £45. It was such an amazing experience. Everyone has been lovely, helpful and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Good fit, no mess, prompt service, very helpful when we went to pick our carpet as well.

We had a floor fitted today, Simon was amazing he was friendly he cleaned up after himself. Mike at the shop is Great. All the carpets and flooring are a great price.

Great service as usual. Always seem to have the carpets we are after and at a good price. The fitters constantly amaze with a neat job no matter how complex the job.

Friendly staff willing to help fast service regular updates on orders good experience from start to finish would highly recommend

Mike at carpets 4 less was great and helped us tremendously through all the choices and options of carpets they have - a huge range. After learning the details we chose a carpet that was right for us. We ordered it with Mike and as it was a specific carpet it was ordered and arrived in less than a week… suited us fine and the team came out and did a perfect job - we could not ask for more. Great and helpful fitters and fabulous carpet and price. These guys are an AAAAA level and thanks for all your help. Recommended!

Very pleased with my purchase. A great deal and very helpful staff that were more than happy to help and advise, delivered and fitted really well and quickly.

Had cushions floor and a carpet fitted today from carpets 4 less. The service was outstanding from picking the flooring and carpet right to having it fitted. Very friendly and helpful at the shop nothing was to much trouble. I wasn’t rushed. Mike kept me informed about my carpet as it was ordered as I wanted them both fitting the same day. The carpet fitter was very friendly and helpful and he kept all the cut offs together. First class service. Thank you Mike and Simon at carpets 4 less.
