Good selection, reasonably priced, excellent service.

Dispatched the wrong items to me, the truffles are moldy. They offered a refund for the wrong items, though, so I'm alright with that.

Quality products and really great service

My husband loved his caviar and the beautiful mother of pearl plate. Due to postal strikes it got a bit close to Xmas but delivered in perfect condition.

Impeccable wrapping, great quality, personalised approach and excellent service despite mail strikes.

Have used these guys a lot but the latest order was really disappointing. Received 183g not 200g of truffles all in very small and unusable pieces one of which was rotten. Sadly has put me off using them.

I ordered caviar on 10th December, was assured a 1-2 day delivery with UPS… it’s now Christmas Eve and after several phone calls and reassurances that my order would be delivered today, my order never arrived…it’s a Christmas tradition that has been totally ruined…

Arrived super quickly even with postal strikes over the run upto Christmas. My husband tells me it is the finest caviar he has ever tried.

Great service again from Caviar Classic. Bought som for a christmas gift for my husband. No doubt he'll enjoy it with a glass or two of Veuve.

It still hasn’t arrived. Ordered it on Monday and hadn’t arrived by the following Sunday.

I ordered and paid for 1kg. and received 500 gr.

My purchase was given to Royal Mail the day before they went on strike so my £133 caviar has been in the system for 6 days , it wont be very fresh when it gets here

Product as ordered. My only comment about delivery would be that having selected express courier delivery because of the Royal Mail strikes I found it odd that the company should still choose to use Royal Mail as the carrier. Delivery was certainly not "express".
