Poor Communication & Unprofessional Support
I ordered two “Guru Max Strength Bundles”. One product (CBD oil + gummies) was missing from the original shipment. Before delivery, I emailed asking if we would receive two separate 30-pack gummies to split between two people – my email was ignored.
Instead, I received a single 60-pack, which cannot be split as intended. Customer service was unprofessional; in one email they wrote:
“I’m not sure how many times I have to repeat this.”
While the total quantity was technically correct, the bundles cannot be used as originally intended, and my request for clarification was ignored.
I do not recommend purchasing from this company due to poor communication, unclear promotions, and unprofessional customer service.

You originally contacted us regarding a discrepancy with your order, which we reviewed and correctly resolved based on the items purchased. We have checked the full email thread and unfortunately we did not receive any prior request asking whether the gummies would be supplied as two separate 30-packs, or that the order needed to be split between two people.
The bundle includes 60 gummies in total, which is the correct quantity for the product purchased. These can still easily be divided if needed.
We also want to clarify that your request was not ignored. Our team replied to multiple emails over the course of several hours to explain the bundle contents and to offer solutions. As part of this, we offered:
Loyalty points as a goodwill gesture
The option to return the product for a full refund
Our product terms also explain that in bundle offers we may occasionally supply equivalent alternatives where packaging differs but the quantity and value remain the same.
We do apologise if any part of the conversation came across as frustrating our team always aims to provide helpful and professional support, even during extended email exchanges outside of normal office hours.

Excellent quality and great service
I’ve had a really positive experience with CBD Guru. The website is easy to use, delivery was quick, and the product quality is excellent. I’ve tried a few different CBD brands over the years and this one definitely stands out for consistency and value for money.
