I recently purchased some of the 20% oil, what a difference this has made to my day to day life... its now going to be a part of my daily routine. Excellent customer service, even better product!

This oil is absolutely amazing. It makes me feel so at ease. I suffer with anxiety and PTSD so I struggle to sleep at night and this oil has helped me sleep at night. I thoroughly recommend to anyone interested

In my first review I said I was thinking of sending the oil away for analysis. I was hoping that this might elicit a response, say, ‘ please return the oil; we will test and if necessary issue a replacement’.
But no - complete silence.
So I emailed twice- but no- complete silence.
So come on CBD Guru. What will the thousands who read this post think if you fail to respond or help in any way?

My son suffers from severe anxiety which has been a major issue for his work,
After speaking with Neil and his own experiences his advice was invaluable advising me what CBD products to try. The difference this has made is unbelievable.I have seen a huge difference in my sons personal life and work life,for this I cannot thank Neil and his team enough I will not hesitate in recommending CBD guru to anyone who is suffering with similar symptoms.

Items received were short dated - it was not nearly enough time for me to use the products.

I emailed them amicably to give a chance to resolve the issue, understanding that it could easily be an honest mistake. However they took zero responsibility - they didn't even attempt to apologise and flat out refused to replace the items.
So, no, it was not a mistake - they are happily sending out old stock to unsuspecting customers.

They told me I can use the oils after the BBE date - well yes it may be safe to use but CBD degrades over time so be aware if you are using old product you are not receiving the amount of CBD content advertised on the bottle.
They then said:
"When you received the product it had at least a month if not more than a month’s notice on the best before date in which is a good amount of time for the product to be consumed."
...We're talking about 3 x 3000mg CBD oil here! I expect to be able to consume 9000mg over a period of many months, and I still had some supply left from a previous order (from a different company) so didn't intend to start using them immediately. Therefore I hadn't even looked at them in the first month - I have only ever received products with around 18 months left before expiry from other companies so was not expecting to have to rush to use these new products.
(As it turned out, the products which I bought a year earlier elsewhere still had a longer date than these)

They clearly do not care about customer satisfaction. They may seem fine from positive reviews when there's no problem, but if there is an issue they are not helpful at all and it is a waste of time and energy to try reasoning with them. Don't take the risk, shop elsewhere.

I have been using the Cbd guru for a while now,and I’m very impressed with the quality,and the delivery time is terrific.

I hate doing this but I can't afford to be ripped off!
I ordered 2x 50% early August 2022, which are supposed to be very thick and concentrated with crystals, but what I received were both labelled 50%, but were obviously DILUTED with oils as they were very runny. I could tell this instantly by simply shaking them.
They are ignoring BOTH of my attempts at contact, made to both of their email addresses. The first was sent on the 10th August 2022 to their CBD Guru "OFFICE" email address, and the second one on the 16th August 2022 to their CBD Guru "INFO" email address. I have pasted the main contents of the second email below so you can see how reasonable I was trying to be.
I doubt I will ever get my money back, so I might as well get on with leaving honest social media reviews, and will stick with my usual American CBD supplier in future.
As CBD GURU clearly CANNOT BE Trusted! Dispatch was very fast though!

Thank you for the speedy dispatch but unfortunately you have sent me the wrong strength.
I ordered 2x 50% but have received 50% labelled bottles but the contents are pretty obviously not 50%.

The contents of 50% would be pretty crystallised, not runny, so would need to stand in hot water to turn it into a liquid, but the items you have sent are liquid so have clearly been diluted to a lower percentage.

I suffer with a medical condition called Arachnoiditis as well as Inflammation of the Membranes in the whole of my spinal column so 50% is the only way I can get close to the adequate pain relief needed. As without this I have to suffer all of the horrific side effects that occur because my Nervous System reacts badly when I take Morphine and Opiates.

Anyway, I'm know that this probably an honest error on your part, hence my contacting you on here before social media.
So please will you advise asap to make my order right.

Hi been reading good comments on here ,looking to try cbd oil, can you tell me isit OK to use it while on antidepressants?my doctor said to check with a health professional lol

Been taking the oil for 6 weeks now. The pain in my hip has very much diminished and I sleep like a baby. I also feel I have more energy.
