CDJapan Reviews

When buying in this store, you get an excellent Japanese quality product in a super reliable package. The service is at the highest level. I only regret that I did not become a client of this store earlier.

It's been many years since I started buying cd and magazines from CdJapan and they never disappointed me.
Their packages are always made with care so my items arrive super protected!

All is super !!!

Hi, I have only bought cds from here, but have done so for a number of years, have also found the service the be prompt and cds well packaged - not just flimsy cardboard mailers. Enquirieshave been answered promptly so I’m pretty happy, thank you

I've been a customer for over a year now. I like the variety and have bought various stuffs from books, mangas, cds, stationary, etc. I love that they give out reward points to loyal customers and they packed items really well. They also have proxy shipping for sold out items on the site which worked out great for hard to find items. Overall it's a great experience.

CD japan is the best site that i know for cds , dvds and goodies exclu japan .
Everything is perfect whether it is the Price , the delivery methods, the availability of the products etc....

Their customer service is the best !!!

The best asset of the site is their proxy service which allows you to order goodies (cds etc...) Available on other japanese website.

The best merch shop from japan, buying from them for 4 years and i never had bad experience, my items always arrived safe and well packed and very fast which i really love it! I do highly recommend this shop! ^^

The cds that I buy are delivered to me swiftly and in pristine condition ,packaged securely.you can tell this company values their customers. I highly recommend them to anyone.

everything is cheap but the proxy service fee is too high

Super-duper website. Tells you all the info you need, like if there are subtitles on dvds, offers you free gifts if available with new release items and has a proxy buying service. Great website and great service!

CD JAPAN is my go to website to find the different, the unusual, the hard to obtain product that might interest me...Whether it is a compact disc, a calendar, comic or general audio product..I know from experience that it will be a quality item with attention to detail. Many times it is the best in it's field...CD JAPAN...Highly recommended.

The home for those treasured Japanese releases of all international CD's / LP's highly sought after by every loyal music collector around the globe. OBI's, Blu Spec's, SHM-CD's, Mini LP's - you name it : there is no better place for all those goodies that will empty your pocket but fill your heart.

I'm a customer of CDJapan since 2013 : I generaly buy the multichannel (5.1) CD or SACD, the specials remastered box... I'm always satisfied ! The Beatles, Steely Dan / Donald Fagen, Santana, Toto, Billy Joel, Pink Floyd, America... all these groups or artists are to be rediscovered in multichannel and remix thanks to CDJapan !!

extremely reliable and fast and helps out custom requests too i buy all my collections from here :)

Highly professional website, everything is clear and honest and parcels always arrive safely in the best packaging I've ever seen.

My favorite online store for high quality CDs.

So far no problem, i ordered 3 times and everything good! My only complaint its with DHL if you are from Mexico dont ship with them(?

I've been a customer of CDJapan for more than 10 years and I was able to get a lot of great items that I wouldn't have been able to get elsewhere. I mostly purchase books in japanese language but occasionally I buy figures as well. The items are carefully packaged and everything arrives in excellent condition.
The customer service is excellent, I get all my answers and solutions from them.

All my CD I ordered here because they have a really good choices and fast delivery to Estonia. Responding quickly. I recommend 100% 😀

I have ordered CD's, DVD's and BluRay's from CD Japan for many years and they've always been well packaged even with the free bonuses. Using a courier such as DHL, they arrive swiftly (usually 2-3 days) and are always my first go-to store for any purchase from the artists I listen to from Japan.
