After receiving a damaged package which resulted in the plant stand's glue seams separating, I am now satisfied with the service I have received from the seller of the stand and from Chairish.
I have received a financial adjustment on my purchase and have decided to repair the plant stand.

I ordered a fragile chocolate pot. The order was filled promptly and I received the pot within 10 days. I needed a lot of customer service with this purchase. First, I made duplicate offers at different prices and required consolidated shipping fees. The responses to my emails were prompt and the prints arrived in the same package at a reasonable cost. Plus the lowest offers were the ones accepted. The prints are as described and I'm pleased with the purchase.

The pricing on items from the sellers is fair considering the commissions they pay to Chairish, but the shipping charge is outrageous! $40 to ship a Christmas ornament! There was no other option available to choose for shipping.
