Quick delivery and beautiful piece

Rush House for Chairish Twine and needle set as pictured in a little cloth bag to hold together. Good packaging and prompt delivery. A smooth transaction all around.

The item arrived in perfect vintage condition. The purchase was easy. Customer service was excellent. I have purchased several items on Chairish and have never been disappointed.

Delivery driver damaged the furniture in transit, with several large dings on the top. He then complained that he hated customers who expected perfection when they were ordering "cheap stuff that some dealer had picked up for nothing at an estate sale". I think I can repair it, but it wasn't a stellar experience ...

We move to a new home and our new bed room could handle a dresser. We have had our Ethan Allen georgian court furniture over 40 years and to be able to find a dresser (with doors) to match was unbelievable. It was delivered and looked showroom new.

Weak answer to question. How to lower shipping costs to quit killing deals

I have literally furnished my new home after a devastating fire consumed our home of 8 years last Thanksgiving weekend. No decorators.. I trust Chairish with my choices!

The seller sent me videos of the working mechanism at my request and that was helpful in making my decision to bid higher than I wanted to spend, but I needed the table and was happy with the purchase at that price. The delivery fee was very fair; the 2 men were careful, responsible and pleasant to deal with.
However, when the table was delivered we all noticed 2 deep gauges in the pedestal. These were not viseable in any of the pictures/videos. The driver mentioned them as they are very viseable. I would like to know how this happened because if they were there before my bid, I would made a lower bid. So, somehow, someone ripped me off a bit.

The adorable little Florentine wine stoppers are just as described unfortunately they eye not packyin a hard sided box and one of the wings snapped and crumbled
