Chairish Reviews

Beautiful, great quality, great price, and the delivery and packaging was perfect.

I ordered a southwestern blanket to replace one that we had had and found this one which was an exact match. I paid full price. When it arrived, it had a putrid odor and hairs on it. It was placed in a box on top of bubble wrap and not completely covered. It was not even in a sealed plastic bag. I am very disappointed with how the seller chose to sell a product without proper cleaning and the way it was packaged. I will not be interested in ordering again. Thankfully, I was able to clean the blanket after running it through an air fluff dryer setting several times to remove the hairs then washed it with mild soap and borax. I would never have sold a product to someone in this condition. Lesson learned.

Came quickly, nice note with it

Great price, shipping and delivery!

Beautiful painting! I have been looking for an oil painting of a donkey for awhile. Didn’t find one I liked until I saw yours. It arrived fast and undamaged. Love it!

Great travel communication!

Great selection of items and the website is easy to use. The item was just as described and the in-home delivery was professional and organized.

Seller met me for pick up of my item and she couldn’t have been more lovely. Her items for sale are beautifully curated and unique.

The 8 Chippendale style chairs by Stickley were in excellent condition and arrived safely as promised. What a fantastic deal! I’ll recommend Chairish from now on!

After settling on a final price everything went seamlessly. Shipping was prompt and professional. White glove service!

The end table was even better than expected. The seller's description was accurate and detailed. The photos comprehensive and clear. (The seller had noted a small chip on the edge of the glass top and small water drop marks on the wood but I can not find these defects.) The delivery was made sooner than expected and undamaged. Over all great experience.

All the items I have ordered have been great. But your shipping charges are not only exorbitant but dissuade people from buying things.

The delivery was right on time with clear communication and courteous personnel. They brought the item in and placed it right where we asked.

Super fast shipping and item was great quality and super uniqie!!

I am do happy with my porcelain garden seat!

Blenko decanter arrived securely packed in a timely manner. It is lovely and was a gift to a friend, who was delighted when he opened it.
Many thanks for everything.

Your delivery report states that the packages were left at the front door. That is a lie. The photo clearly shows that the packages were left outside the gate, on a busy street, where they will most likely be stolen. Recently an Amazon delivery person was as stupid as your delivery person and $4500 worth of electronics were stolen. I'm glad for you that a chewy order will be far less expensive for you to replace when we return from Labor Day Weekend holiday.

The moonstone in the pendant has a big Crack all the way through, but I will still keep it. I hope my daughter doesn't mind for this is a gift for her. I wish you would let people know of any imperfections!

whole process was so easy from search to offer to purchased! to delivery

Product advertised as hand made. When received, this product was machined with minimal human involvement. It looks just like a fully machine made rug and advertising it as hand knotted does a disservice to the hard work of the hand made rug industry!
When contacted, seller did not offer a return option. I am left with a rug that I can not use in my house. May be suitable for my garage. Poor service.
