The moonstone in the pendant has a big Crack all the way through, but I will still keep it. I hope my daughter doesn't mind for this is a gift for her. I wish you would let people know of any imperfections!

whole process was so easy from search to offer to purchased! to delivery

Product advertised as hand made. When received, this product was machined with minimal human involvement. It looks just like a fully machine made rug and advertising it as hand knotted does a disservice to the hard work of the hand made rug industry!
When contacted, seller did not offer a return option. I am left with a rug that I can not use in my house. May be suitable for my garage. Poor service.

My experience with Chairish was straight forward and easy to follow. The notifications were sent promptly when there was an update with my order, and the seller packaged everything expertly. Chairish has a selection of unique items exceeding most other platforms, which is why I chose it to help furnish my spaces.

The items arrived in a well packaged box and were in great shape. I believe I got great value in this purchase. The items are beautiful. They also arrived very quickly. Lastly, great communication.

I am absolutely pleased with my purchase. Delivery was fast! The quality was accurate to the photos. And they were very responsive when I asked a question.

On time delivery, the ring was just as advertised

I had to call to get chairing to remind the seller to ship, so it took a long time to receive but otherwise a good first experience

China arrived in excellent condition more than likely due to an over the top packing job!!

The Chairish format gives potential buyers a complete idea as to costs. However, sellers are not always located where a potential buyer can enlist a 3rd party inspection of the item to be purchased. There is no sale satisfaction guarantee as eBay has for the buyer.

The piece is beautiful. There was some water damage that happened after I purchased but when it was still with the seller, so the seller fixed the damage and also refunded 50% of the purchase price. The delivery and setup was smooth, although I did have to follow up a few times.

My mirror arrived timely and in mint condition. It was the best packaging job ever and included a kind note that also gave a bit of background for this mirror. I appreciated that information. I would definitely reach out to this seller again.

The items that I purchased, the seller, and the shipper were all 5 star. I did have some problems with the tech side of things which is a Chairish issue. I was unable to put the items on hold, even though the website offered this option. Also, I had a few follow up questions about shipment and delivery, but instead got long email responses from Chairish which looked like form letters and did not really answer my 2 straightforward questions. Not a deal breaker and will definitely use Chairish again especially now that I know their processes.

The seller was generous and charming. He had a wealth of knowledge about arts and crafts furniture and was very helpful with local pickup

I purchased a piece on Chairish for just over $2k. It turned out to be fake or not what was advertised. I returned the item and was given a refund but I had to pay for shipping both ways. The seller, Esmaili Rugs, did not send me a link for a review for obvious reasons and Chairish could not send me a link to review the seller.
I have no issues with how Chairish handled the transaction, however, now they have to suffer because their system won't allow for customers to review sellers without a link from the seller.
All buyers should beware on this site.

purchased were very complete & the description of the rug was beautifully written with great detail allowing me to make a quick decision. Beautiful rug!!
