HORRIBLE Experience with Champs Sports.

I ordered some af1s 5 days ago and suddenly got an email this morning saying they are out of stock now. Tried calling customer service which took about 3 hours btw and they told me "you are out of luck dude, unless the other guy cancels i cant do anything". I asked if there is a way for me to get a different pair for the price I paid since it was on sale then or even a coupon and I got hit with a straight up "No" and nothing else.

I bought some shoes here and then I saw these reviews and I was really scared. But surprisingly the shoes came in, as described, the very next day! And they were a steal of a deal. I'm a real person. This is a real review. I am in no way affiliated with this company. I'm just really pleased it worked out and wanted to let people know that I actually had a good experience. Thank you!

I have purchased probably 40 or so sneakers from various companies online, kept some of them, returned a lot of them, all with zero issues. To date Champs Sports is the ONLY retailer I've ever experienced that sent a return BACK to me lmao, claiming that the item "cannot be returned" due to it being "used". Nevermind that the shoes they sell questionably look used themselves, the obvious rig is that they just sell cheap inventory for a dumping ground on their customers to absorb cost. Though define cheap as this was a $45 pair of sneakers that is now dumped on me despite claiming "free returns". Do try to buy your products directly from the brand sites (Converse, Vans, etc) as they will truly do returns correctly. Champs Sports is a scam run by scam artists that dump inventory on their customers, avoid avoid AVOID.

Poor services I ordered 1 pair of shoes 7 days ago.. all they had did was place the label on. It suppose to be here in 2 days.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHAMPS TO THE NEIGHBORS DOG.. The agent was rude and no compensation for this now they talking another 10 business days.. THIS STORE SUCKS

Absolutely the worst retail company I have dealt with in recent years. First of all, they charge $6.99 for returns. Eventhough they said its free shipping returns within 45 days, but they do charge you for returns. Once your return items reach their "warehouse", it takes them 45 days (yes that's what the customer service agent told me) to process the return. Basically, don't buy anything from champs or footlocker. This company is disgusting and tricking consumers in purchasing their subpar quality products and make the consumers pay for their junk. Absolutely stay away from them

This company is HORRIBLE and i would NEVER recommend anyone to shop with them. Ordered a shirt and it was defective with black stains on the sleeve. I was told I would have to pay a restocking fee for a return due to their defective items which is crazy. Then when I choose to exchange it instead, I was told I would have to wait up to 17 days to process the return and exchange. So because of their mistake and sending out defective clothing, the customer has to pay a restocking fee, or wait 17 days to get an exchange.

nitesh was the absolute best and he made our experience all the better.

Everytime I win a raffle at champs the only notification I get is, you haven't claimed in time... How am i suppose to know if I win if I don't receive a notification?

Employees were sitting on a table and on their phones in the Joplin, Mo store. I was in there for 5 minutes and they never even looked up. I guess Champs has all the money they need.

What a nightmare this website is. I couldn’t order because maybe the format of my address was wrong or whatever they cant confirm. My order was cancelled i tried to redo and create an account and it wont let me order because 1 limit per customer but i didn’t purchase anything since it was cancelled and their CS is useless can’t believe these people get a pay cheque being unable to help because “i cant change it in the system” wouldn’t recommend this purchasing from them ever.

I bought on Champsports.ca and the delivery was extremely like extremely fast (ordered on the 27th, received on the 30th, in Montreal).

I bought a pair of Airmax Plus that was on sale, and I'm just very happy with what I'm wearing right now!

Tried to order several times, but the website always, always gives errors. Can never actually complete an order. Trying calling an order in. After being on the phone for an hour, I was told my order couldn’t be completed because there was an error in my address. The agent was not helpful to try and resolve the issue. Thanks Champs lol. Not quite champs though, considering I can’t even make an order.

They not champs I will never do business with them ever I'm letting my associates know as well how they conduct business u order online u will never receive your package just run around

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a pair of shoes online, my order came in, but they were sweatpants not the shoes I had ordered. I called to tell them about the issues and now the shoes I ordered are out of stock. So I asked to exchange for another shoe that was a bit more expensive expense. After going back and forth for 30 mins they were willing to do the exchange. I was happy that they rectified the situation….. until two days later I received an email stating that the replacement shoes in ordered were also OUT IT STOCK. Obviously I called pretty upset , the only other replacement shoes I was willing to accept were more and this time they wouldn’t budge. This company has terrible employees who don’t know what they’re doing and clearly they have no idea what they actually have in stock. I have never seen such a disorganized company, they can’t get anything right, from actually shipping correct items or knowing what they actually have for purchase. How they are still in business is beyond me.

One Stars too good for this Trash Store. Ordered from Champs Online No Warning My Order was Cancelled. Never have trouble Ordering Online but This Store I do. Contacted there Staff and one excuse after another but got No Help. This place is Pure Trash and When they go Out Of Business the World will be that much Better. Trash Store......

Do not use their online shopping!!! I ordered a pair of Adidas pants. My husband tried them on for less than 1 min. They were too big. I sent them back 2 days later. Well today, 8 days after sending them back they were shipped back to me telling me there were not returnable due to being worn. The comment read *there is A LOT of skin cells on the cuffs and inside the pants…making them unreturnable…. Unless they are using a microscope to check these pants over there is absolutely nothing visible!! I wish I could post pictures on here so everyone could see the pristine, same as new shape these pants are!! All original tags are still attached!!!

Champs actually charges $6.99 to return an online order. This is crazy.
How is this even acceptable?

Now that I know this, I'll never shop at Champs again.
Other sports brands offer free returns and that is where we'll spend our money from now on.

I order somthing and they charged me then they canceled my order and are now telling me to wait 3 to 5 business days for a refund.This is ridiculous

Recently bought a pair of boots on their site. I can't physically go to stores to try boots on because of a disability, so I ordered online. Thought it would be easier. The boots didn't fit (they hurt my foot) so I put them right back in the box and sent them back with a return slip. They shipped the boots back to me saying they can't process the return because the item is used and not restockable... I literally sent it back in the same condition it was sent to me. Never worn, only tried for about 10 seconds in my living room. I called their online customer service and they said there's nothing they can do about it. Told me I can drive an hour to go to the nearest store and try to return it there because they would not produce another return slip, even after speaking with a manager.
So now I'm stuck with these boots that don't fit. Awful customer service, if you return an item they can randomly refuse it even if it's never been worn and is brand new... Buyer beware!
