Extremely terrible service. I received product which was small for me. Same day I return with ups for refund. By they refund policy its take up to 2 weeks when product reach facility.. I was waiting a mont and 2 looongg call with customer service.

I am disappointed with champs and their whole return process. I will never again give them my business. I bought 2 items online that I didn't like because of the sizes . Their website says you can take them in to a champ store and do your return well the associate at the store TOLD ME HE COULDN'T do no return because I pay through PayPal so rather than loose my temper and make myself look stupid I said find and went back and contacted customer service they told me I can return the items by mail but even though I purchased this items together in the same order but I was told I would have to print out to separate UPS. labels to return them at $6.99 per each box. Well that definitely defits my purpose if I am going to loose $12 just on the return. I called customer service a few times about this issue and no one cares to how unhappy I am by using their service and purchasing online. I don't recommend them they have extreme poor customer service.rather go with Nike it's more organized and reliable they have issues to buy they go out of the way to make their customers happy 😀 champs don't care and I don't care for them neither I hope they go out of business.

I ordered three pairs of sneakers. Received two. Took months to receive my money back for the missing pair. I returned one pair. They refunded me $9 instead of $29.99. I called for the missing $20. They refunded another $9! Not $20. I’ve called a total of 5 times and it’s still not resolved. I think they do this intentionally with the hopes you give up
Trying to get your money back. I will never ever shop from them again.

Ordered several pairs of shoes. One pair did not fit. I went ahead and ordered a size smaller and tried to return the first pair. They sent them back to me stating the item was used. They still have the tag on them and everything. I only tried them on to see if they fit. Never wore them at all!!!!

If you want to order & pay for and never receive a pair of Sketchers Shoes (even supply fake tracking & receiving details) These are the Charlatans to deal with.

I didn’t order yet. I just came over here to read about them before I place my order.

Doesn’t respond to emails really bad business

I ordered these on the 16th and they are still sitting there supposedly waiting to be shipped.. you've had 9 days to ship these shoes what's the problem? I bought these through PayPal just to make sure I wouldn't have any problem getting my money back so I'm letting PayPal handle it and getting a refund.. I'm not saying they won't ship your item I'm just saying by the time they do you're not going to need it anymore

I wish I Can give a Zero star for this scam company.
Order two Paris only ship one pair, refuse refund.

Online Ordered a pair of sneakers. Sneakers did not fit Exchanged for another size which also did not fit. (This is one of the challenges when ordering online) Even though I ordered them online. I brought them back to a store. I wasn't given a receipt but a tracking number. Was told from an associate that funds would be credited as soon as they have verified they were shipped out and en route. Credit never happened. 2 weeks later after several calls/emails. I get an email stating that I need to go to the store to complete the refund. Store manager says they can't refund since it's an online order. Frustrated but understandable. Called customer disservice and told me they would refund to my card. 5 days later an email states that I will receive a refund on my credit card. Unfortunately the amount was lower then what i was supposed to receive.

Call customer disservice for the 18th time. They tell me since I have been in this situation for over a month they will send me a $25 gift card for everything that I went through. Ok that's the least they can do right? No They deducted it from what they owed me. Now I have a credit from champs that I don't really care to use. Their online service is not good. I would rather go directly to the store and purchase rather then order online. Not sure If I would ever purchase online from them again.

I return the shoes to them. The shoes go back their store more than 10 days but no refund or any email at all. I send email to ask many time but they have no answer. Calling to customer service.and the guy said the shoes back already but dirty so they do not refund. ( they try to scam ) and even now i dont knw what they do with my case. Send the shoes back to me or give me a giftcard. This is a first time as the last also for this company. Really the bad experience

This company is a complete scam. I placed an order and my cc was immediatelly charged, then instead of sending me an order confirmation email I received only an email stating that my order was cancelled and not to contact customer support because they would not know the reason. The cancellation email also stated that my card would not be charged, which was not true. Still waiting to get my money back.

This company is a FN joke!Dont order anything online from them or your gonna get the run around and have a hard time getting your $ back or the item.

I bought a pair of Puma Women's Maze shoes for $54.99, only to discover that they were fake. At first, I thought the weight was due to the design, but after wearing them a few times, my foot dropped because it was so heavy and I got injured. I realized they were fake when I saw the same shoes at a Puma outlet, and they were much lighter. I was disappointed and contacted Champs store customer care, but instead of apologizing, they told me to contact the manufacturer. just tell me if champs sport selling fake shoes why would manufacturer entertain me.. I plan to warn others not to spend their money at Champs Sport. do not buy. I am a student and i am so dissapointed!!!!

Where tf is my order? I ordered on the 4th. It said my order would make it the 7th. Its the 14th and there is no tracking update!

Two times I’ve ordered online from them. Two times my order has got cancelled. The first time, they took almost A WEEK to refund my money. This time, I completely forgot I had this issue earlier this year and I ordered from them. WHAT A MISTAKE! I’m not doing it again, NEVER. Now I don’t even know when will I get my money back.

Dishonest company : the "fit guarantee" or your money back policy is a lie . I puchased my shoes online , unfortunately after worn them once , shoes streched out and i had a loosen shoe. Next day Tried to exchange them for a lower size and they did not allowed me to exchange it because they have been worn once. I have the receipt , proof, date of purchase. I highly recommend buy directly from nike or " prime amazon " as they accept returns with worn shoes . I lose 195 bucks . The store where i purchased was at Orlando Fl , " the florida mall . Daniel was the manager, he hd poor customer service as he didnt understood my frustration . I was in so much strees caused by this company. how is this possible ? Im so frustrated.

Placed an online order on the weekend received no confirmation what so ever. I also tried setting up an account before checkout also received no confirmation. When trying to login kept saying I was using the wrong pass or email. I tried resetting password again received no email helping me reset. I had to guest check out which is frustrating because I can’t login to see my order. Called customer service they told me to wait until the evening on Monday to receive email confirmation. Any other place to place orders I get confirmation emails immediately what a joke.

This is literally the 3rd time I’ve returned something to champs and it takes way longer than needed and said to refund my money. A team full of sloths is what has to be the answer. Not only are they rude when you call, but they don’t want to help you out. Got hung up on twice because I wanted to know why I didn’t get my money after waited 10 buisness days!!! Worst company around. Don’t buy let them go out of buisness.
