Horrible customer service when I called. Literally spent at least 5 hours dealing with foot locker and champs customer service reps on the phone with a gift card issue. I dealt with one rep after another and NOT ONE was able to resolve the issue. First off, it should NOT have been an issue. On the confirmation email for the champs gift card I purchased, it CLEARLY stated that I could use the champs card on the foot locker site, yet the only answer I received from the champs rep was “you can’t use the champs card on the foot locker site” When I explained that it’s false advertisement because it said right there in my email that THEY sent that it was possible, the rep decided to once again transfer me to ANOTHER rep/department. I am disgusted with this service and will NOT be wasting my money on these two establishments. If you can avoid it, please do. To be passed along from rep to rep and NOT have the issue rectified is unacceptable.

I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering like I normally do. All these bad reviews are so right. I first went to store with my Champs giftcard, they said their system was down so I had to order online. Well first they said the giftcard was not valid in store, it clear said both store and online. So they're not knowledgeable first and foremost. Then I went ahead and ordered online, picking the store that said available for 24hr pick up in green. So I placed the order, waiting all day for the email to say it was ready. I go on website and it says deliver to store Dec 29th. What is going here, I contact them through online, and they kept me on hold for 20 mins, I kept saying hello hello, no response. Finally the person comes with no solution, only sorry. Christmas is on the 25th, no solution but when they come to contact them again and cancel the order. I will never ever order from them again, they sound so rude and thats feeling it from texting. I wish I could give negative 0 stars. They have bad customer service. Now I write to BBB.

Terrible online service. The customer care reps are absolutely incompetent. Never order online!!!!!! Never!!! Now my daughter has no shoes for Christmas!!!!

Very disappointed- one star is even giving them too much credit where it’s not due. Ordered a jersey and received a pair of shoes and when I call customer service to advise, they inform me I have to “take it back to a store”. What I don’t understand is they won’t allow me to ship it out? What business does this? Please explain why you cannot provide a shipping label for myself to send it back via ups instead of the inconvenience of having to drive an hr out to return it, then having to wait 7 business days for it to process the refund to your account-this was not even my error. This is not okay customer service and speaks volumes to the company. This was not by any means the consumers issue so why make it out to be! No compensation nor owning up to your mistakes. Let’s just make it the customers issue instead of trying to correct it because that’s what works best for you. Please do better!!

I ordered $130 hoodie over a week ago.(Nov8th 2022) I'm still waiting. I called champs customer service and they open up an investigation and they said eight days. I don't want to wait eight days and I want my money back and they said I have to wait eight days when I already waited nine days for my package and it still hasn't came. I want my $130 back now.thanks for ruining my sons birthday.

I bought and returned 2 Nike shirts from Champs. I waited over a month for my return and decided to use Live Chat to inquire about it since most reputable merchants post credits within 3-10 business days. Customer service agent "Rose" asked me for my tracking number and date of return and the address I returned it to. I provided her the information along with their address as listed online on their own website on Martin Grove Rd. She replied stating this is not their returns department and that I mailed it to the wrong place. I said excuse me, Google search how to return items to Champs and she said the are trying to find out why that address is still listed on their webisite??? This company is obviously run by imbeciles! She then stated that I should have contacted them directly regarding returns if I had any questions when this is the 21st century implying that this was somehow my fault- right... I am still on live chat with her, but who would know since she's apparently still trying to find out what can be done in this case. Looking at all the 1 star reviews I'm sure most of us would rate them in the negative if it was possible. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

I ordered the Jordan XXXVI for my son on July 10th to be delivered to my local Champs Sports store with a delivery date July 25th. Checked tracking on the 24th it stated it was delivered to the wrong mall at 5:36am and it was being sent back to the vendor. Called CS and was told a lie. Rep stated my order was being sent to the correct store(another lie). I’m never received a call from store stating my order was ready for pick up. Called CS again and was told that they can’t find my order and the size is no longer available. I could’ve went to the store and purchased from another store if I would’ve been told the truth. I’ll never order from them online Ever Again. Only have 1 star cause I couldn’t rate a no star.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Champs has the worst customer service. Ordered a 6.5GS online, received, tried on 1 time, sent back for exchange for a size 7GS. They claim the shoe is “dirty” and they refuse to issue a refund or exchange. If your warehouse sends a dirty shoe, that’s on your warehouse. They called me a liar and stated I had the shoe for more than 30 days when I clearly have all the receipts from UPS with date and time stamps. Awful business. Will never give them my business again.

I ordered a pair of sneakers for my kids birthday and paid for 2 day shipping. The item did not arrive and when I called they couldn’t even tell me where the item was. To add, they told me I had to wait 4-6 days in order to get a refund. The supervisor Peter was very incompetent and non caring. How do you charge people for a service you can’t honor. It is now day 3 and my kids birthday and still no sneakers or info as to where the sneakers are. False advertising, I will never do business with them again

I ordered a pair of shoes online from champssport.com. Unfortunately, it didn't fit and also I didn't like the model. I went to one of the champs sports stores to return it. They did not give a full refund. They charged $7 as a restocking fee!!!!! What terrible customer service. Please stay away from their website and don't order anything from them.

Every time, I order they keep sending me the wrong size. TWICE ALREADY. Won't be ordering again, customer service is not helpful at all.

Made the mistake of ordering from these ppl without reading the reviews. UPS showed delivered. Nothing was delivered. Called them to have it rectified. Won’t refund money until they file a claim. This all takes weeks. They are leaving a customer without product. They will be reimbursed from UPS. Just want my money back so I can go order my product from another company. Very frustrating. Will not order from these folks ever again.

I received my order today which came in a timely manner however one shoe size was 8.5 the other was a size 11.5. I went to the store to do a in store return and the store was closed when I arrived at 1pm. The Port Arthur, Texas store in Central Mall.

Bad service for the online order. I will never recommend for a purchase.

I attempted to purchase a product from Champs twice with the same end result. They cancelled my order because my credit information “did not match.” I called the credit company and they said no problem on their end. I had just purchased another product about a month ago and it was fine. I called Champs and they told me my street address was one number off thus cancelling the order. I asked her if they could fix it and reorder because I signed in to the account when ordering so the decision was based on THEIR incorrect information on file. It was correct when i ordered a product a month ago. She said she couldn’t do this. So I said thank you but I don’t know why you just couldn’t redo the order. She promptly said, “you didn’t ask that.” Really? Where is the customer service? Why wouldn’t she offer that? I’ll order from another place.

Don’t order your shoes online they have horrible service they will send your shoes scuffed and scratched up white spot prints all over the shoes it’s useless ordering over the internet then thy want you to mail it it bk so thy can send a btter pair and take howlong?

I purchased the recent Yeezy Boost 350 MX Oat right as it dropped on champs app. I also had the option to purchase elsewhere such as Adidas Confirmed and Yeezy supply but did not as I'd assume my order has already gone thru. Just today, I received an email stating that my order has been cancelled due to limited stock?? I could've gone directly with Adidas as I'd won the raffle. But stuck with champs thinking I'd already purchased them. So now I'm without shoes that my kid really wanted for her upcoming birthday. Someone at champs needs to right this wrong.
