Had to wait for a reply to my calls & and emai for a while but the help in getting a viewing time that suited me was excellent the agent Luke was helpful and instructive .

Luke was a breath of fresh air. Met us outside. Was genuinely warm and friendly. Walked round the damp land with us in his lovely shoes, and even let the owners dog out for them for the toilet. Wish all agents made us feel as welcome as he did.

Pleasant, polite and appropriately professional. Gave us our own time to view if we wished. Offered to maccept questions and get answers for us.

We were warmly welcomed at the property by Luke and gave us a very informative tour. Luke was Very friendly and was able to answer all questions. Made our viewing enjoyable

We’ve met quite a few estate agents recently, and many of them have felt rushed or uninterested. Luke was the complete opposite. He took the time to give us a proper tour of the house, clearly knew the property inside out, and genuinely seemed to care about the service he was providing. It was refreshing to deal with someone who actually takes pride in what they do.

Luke was very professional, arriving early for our property viewing. He was able to answer all our questions regarding the property providing us with a copy of the property brochure . We had plenty of time for our viewing with Luke making sure we were able to see all the areas including the loft space and garden that we wanted to view . Luke was very flexible regarding our appointment, booking us in to suit our travel arrangements . The ability to view in a timely way has enabled us to move forward on purchasing the property thanks to Luke forwarding our interest expressed on the day. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services at Chancellors Kington branch.

Luke gave very good information about the property, he didn't rush the viewing, overall a really good and informative visit.

We’re still pursuing the property, and regardless of how things pan out, we can honestly say we’ve never had better support or rapport with an estate agent.

I found the property viewing relaxed and informative. The agent was very polite and professional and answered any questions and queries I had. After a very trying experience with another agent my experience was a breath of fresh air.

The property was subject to probate and was very difficult to sell due to its poor state of repair. Many external factors affected the housing market at this time however through all this Chancellors persistence in marketing and taking viewings was remarkable. this property only sold because the local team 'kept at it'. We had a great experience with Chancellors. From the first meeting, they were professional, friendly, and genuine.

Communication was excellent throughout — we were always kept informed, and no question was too small. They were always quick to respond, proactive in addressing any concerns, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was on track.

After the sale was agreed there were lots of starts and stops due to issue further down the chain. During this Maria Davies was great at keeping us up to date and her wealth of experience gave us confidence in making decisions.

I was buying a house being sold via Chancellors. As part of the negotiations I had contact with Maria Davies who was an absolute joy to deal with. Clearly a very busy lady, whenever I called she knew exactly who I was and what was going on with my sale. Communication was excellent throughout with any missed calls to me being followed up with voicemail and email. Everyone in the team was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Service was brilliant.

Still in the process of trying to buy our new home, however due to issues we have been left out of pocket by over 1k if we walk away or 3k if we buy. No problem there but when we respectfully resquested they help out by waving the £80 id check fee we were personally berated, beliitled and had our self worth of £80 devalued by a regional director, as such its has gone beyond a joke and we have been forced to esculate it as they have refused point blank to wavie the fee.
If anyone with any authority and common sense would like to reach out please do, we are registered with Kington branch.

Our purchase was going smoothly until our vendors had some issues at their end with their onward purchase. In situations like this, buying and selling can be very emotive, so to ensure everything remained cordial and respectful, we asked Maria Davies to be the conduit between us and our vendors to help facilitate our purchase through to its conclusion.

We cannot praise Maria highly enough. She was empathetic and understanding, as well as always being courteous, responsive, and highly professional in her dealings with us. We had our doubts whether our purchase would ever get over the line, but with Maria’s tenacity and perseverance, together with a genuine desire to help both us and our vendors, we eventually secured our forever home.
