Katherine is incredible at her job and continuously supported me through the house sale and purchase process. She was professional, straight talking, empathetic and gave 100% throughout. I honestly don't think I could have done this without her and Amarjit from the Banbury branch. Absolutely wonderful service and I would always recommend Chancellors because of my recent experience. Thank you SO much - I can finally give my son the life he deserves in a house with his own room and a garden.

I cannot fault Maria; she virtually held my hand through the entire sale process and was a shoulder to lean on when it felt that we were never going to get there! Shelby and Leanne were excellent at ensuring our sale and purchase never stalled with their continuous follow up of other parties in the chain. Without Shelby’s determination I very much doubt we would have achieved exchange and completion within the 11-12 weeks the whole process took. We have never used an estate agent that has a sale progression team before and would definitely use Chancellor’s again. Overall our whole experience with the Chancellor’s team (including their sales team) has been very professional with prompt responses to our queries.

Briar (Jones) was fantastic from the start. She stepped over and above our expectations by being knowledgeable, helpful and a wonderful person who kept me informed at all times, and was always there to answer my questions. We had a difficult time due to my buyers solicitor being shut down after we had exchanged and the support and advice I received from Briar was second to none. Overall I couldn’t have expected more from her, and I am so happy that I chose Chancellors.
