As a new mum working and living in France, Selina Russell found lots of innovative parenting products that were unavailable in the UK. Her friends clearly agreed! With each trip back home, she found herself sourcing various bits and pieces for her fellow new mums. Turning this in to a business seemed an obvious next step. Soon enough, armed with a few leaflets, a van full of products and a gut full of ambition, Cheeky Rascals was born.

I bought the mini buggy board but wrongly thought it didn’t fit my pram. Sophie Baker emailed me back very quickly with some images to show how it should be fitted and that it was compatible. I then found a broken part but this was replaced without question. Can’t fault the customer service it was perfect. Thanks Sophie our little daughter loves her buggy board and now she can see her little sister during walks.

I bought a buggy board from KiddiesKingdom october last year and the wheels had just started playing up almost a year later. Sophie Baker at cheekyrascals was dealing with my issue. She sent me out some new wheels that came next day and when that didn’t solve the issue she sent me out a whole new buggy board. Beyong impressed with this customer service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I lost the pin out of my buggyboard. The shop I bought it from reached out to Cheeky rascals and they contacted me straight away to provide a replacement at no cost to me. Posted straight to my house. They could easily have washed their hands of my problem but instead did everything they could to help me and quickly too. Very impressed.

I ordered the 3in1 Potette, it arrived promptly though had been unfortunately damaged in transit. I emailed that evening, I received a speedy response from Tracey the following morning and a replacement the next day with some apology cards. I couldn’t have asked for better service. The potette looks great and easy to use. Highly recommend.

I ordered extension connectors for my maxi buggy board last minute for a trip. I was quite nervous about it arriving on time and got in contact with customer service. Tracey was very helpful with an update and I got my product the following day! More than pleased with my product and my toddler is excited to be pushed around with her brother.

Disappointed by Support Experience
The Baby Brezza Formula Pro Advanced seemed like a great product, but unfortunately, it didn’t dissolve formula properly despite following all instructions. What followed was an incredibly frustrating experience with customer support. I was asked to carry out extensive testing and provide multiple videos — something that felt excessive, especially while caring for a newborn.
Even after the issue was confirmed as a fault, there were unnecessary delays in sending a replacement. I had to chase for updates and provide a photo of the power cord cut before anything was dispatched. Eventually, I received the new unit — but the gesture offered for the inconvenience was a replacement funnel, which frankly doesn’t reflect the stress and time wasted.
The product may work well for some, but in my case, the support process left a lot to be desired. I expected better from a brand selling essential baby equipment.
