A brilliant company who were very kind and patient with me when I was struggling to work out my formula settings on my Baby Brezza (baby brain!). Thank you for getting me sorted right away. Great company with a great range on their site, everything arrived right on time too!

If I could rate 0 I would. Avoid at all costs. Shocking customer service and shocking company. Wish I had purchased the item from john lewis. Wish I read all the poor reviews first. However I brought from argos who used the terrible company.
I received my product, which was tested and not wanted due to receiving the same product as a baby shower gift. I emailed the company to which they told me to return the item to which I did. I heard nothing back from them for nearly a month, I had to call them up and chase my return, to get a refund..however the company looked for any excuse not to return it, even sending me a picture of the baby formula that was used when testing it stating it was old formula, and sent a few pics of scratch marks that was not noticed by me. As if the company created the marks themselves to prevent giving a refund, or did they sell me a used machine in the first place. I do not know. But anyway, after many days of chasing it up and stress, as that money could have been used to purchase baby formula, or baby clothes, my refund was rejected and item sent back to me in a worse condition then when I returned it as it was taken aprt to look for any excuse not to refund me. Why tell me to return it in the first place just to mess me around and caused no end of stress.
Please avoid this company. I will not be purchasing from them again..I also run a charity that helps new mums and mums to be and I will be telling everyone involved to avoid at all costs.

Only good things to say - they were great.
I had a Formula Pro with a fault so I contacted them through their ticket system and someone got back to me within 2 hours. I managed to get a replacement that same week.
Then a month later I needed them again because I changed formula and could not get the right setting. The girls I spoke to were so kind and understanding and they offer to test my formula for me so they could give me the right setting. I was amazed! I could not recommend them enough.

I wish I had taken the time to review trust pilot ahead of using this website as I can see I’ve fallen victim like so many others to a faulty product and non-existent customer service.
I purchased a Brezza Advanced Formula Pro that is faulty and as such I am unable to feed my newborn as planned. The stress and anxiety I feel as a new Mum is overwhelming and I am shocked that this company is unwilling to resolve this issue quickly and efficiently for me.
I wish I had purchased through John Lewis as am confident I would have received far superior customer support.

This was by far the worst shopping experience, do not buy from this company! They mess up your order, take weeks to get back to you, make the process to resolve THEIR mistakes of sending wrong items deliberately complicated and don’t care about making things right. Never shopping here again.

'no quibble returns'. That's a big lie! Please don't trust this company or their products. My son didn't get along with the formula pro advanced. I tried to return the product after 7 days and there was no negotiating with their customer service team. Please avoid

URGENT TRADING STANDARDS INVESTIGATION NEEDED
I orderd a baby brezza machine from them directly given they are the UK distributor. However was provided with a faulty machine that leaked. The product was shipped on the 23 Oct and I complained to them via their website portal during the w/c 13 Nov so well within 30 days. Despite this and their widely advertised "quibble free return guarantee" they are currently refusing to refund me for their faulty machine.

- Customer service non-existent and not willing to provide any ad-hoc support for an expensive electrical item (£240+)
Explained the product had been purchased ahead of babys arrival, but only opened after he got here - not interested.
Would advise going to John Lewis or one of the other brands for some electrical / baby products as most have a better guarantee, faster delivery, good customer support and the team seem to be more able to help new mums from a human perspective.
Still awaiting a resolution for un-usable item, just waiting (again) for someone from the team to own the process and actually respond.
Very disappointed with this company. I spoke to Sophie in relation to a return. The website states ‘Returns and Cancellations, We love our tried and tested products and hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, we offer a no quibble guarantee. You can start your hassle free return or exchange by clicking on our support portal below.’
I have tried to return my item as it is unsuitable for my daughter. But have been told I need to pay for postage. How is this hassle free and why is this not clear on the website at a glance on the returns and cancellations section? This is incredibly misleading! I have requested a call back and have been told I need to send a video of the item first. Ridiculous.
A first class customer service experience where the team went out of their way to help me. An outstanding service and an excellent product ( I have two 'Fred' stairgates). Thank you.
Not happy with product a bought, I make complaints about it but they ignore me till my warranty is gone then that said sorry nothing we can do about!

I bought the Familidoo Air pushchair from this website. The delivery was free and incredibly quick - I ordered it on Monday and it arrived the next day. I would definitely use them again!
The handle of my child safety gate would not operate. I sent a pic with a description of the problem to the company. The next day I received an email saying that a replacement handle was on its way by 1st Class post. This is SIX star service!
I would use this company again as items were received quickly& no issues.
Fab company will defo use again. Very quick to respond to queries and dealt with very quickly too. 100% recommend 😊
Excellent service very helpful on the telephone and email. I have now used them three times and every time my order has been successful lovely to deal with a company that treat you like human beings and not just computers. Will definitely deal with them again
