Awful. Ordered a delivery , driver couldn't be bothered to walk up a flight of stairs and marked the order as delivered. Good luck to you mate that's £50 down the drain for me

I usually like Chipotle. Not today. Stingy portions. Low on rice, beans. Almost always low on vegetables. Server was not helpful or friendly.

Racism at its finest yall Mexican guy got mad cause I asked him for less ingredients canceled my order and was very rude in front of customers with me being rude in return. I like my chipotle that is in Arvada, CO. has great food and always has what i ask for! the steak and chicken are a little spicy but otherwise is really good! highly suggest the chipotle in colorado, arvada!

Hair in My Food — Beyond Disgusting
I wish I could give zero stars. I was halfway through my meal when I noticed a long strand of hair wrapped around my fork — not just near the food, but tangled in it. Completely unacceptable.
This wasn’t a minor slip-up. It shows a serious lack of attention to hygiene and food safety. I flagged it to the staff, and the response was underwhelming — no real apology, no urgency, just a weak offer to replace the meal. As if I’d want a second helping after that.
I won’t be coming back. If you care about cleanliness and basic standards, think twice before eating here.

I have been to enough poor quality Chipotle's over the years, but this is #1 the WORST...all of the above in the check boxes before this screen...
Firstly, i walked into the restaurant and the THREE employees were just standing around doing nothing, including the new recruit.
The meat i ordered was well done and dry, nothing like the photo displayed, but worst yet, was the drinks were ALL empty, and when i requested at least ice, they said they now had customers to wait on...true, the line did accumulate, but all those people will need fountain drinks, and I should wait for all of them to get the drink i paid for???
There was no use talking to 'Liliana' ?(the afro-american manager) as she stonewalled anything i said.....
I will not return to Chipotle again, without making due on my receipt of $18, in which my order came with well done meat, filthy restaurant, tables, condiment area, and NO drink....1/2 way thru my meal, the recruit put some ice in the machine....but still NO DRINKS.
2 of the 4 remained totally empty during my visit, in addition to the Tea.
The employees thought nothing of cleaning up the mess and filth in the rest. just look at the side of the TEA dispenser and the juice machine that looks like it hasnt been cleaned in a week.
this is ONE STAR, and i will blog as such, without immediate recompense.

Every time I come in there
Every time I come in there, it is crowded, but the employees still get us through the line in quick fashion. They make sure that they communicate with the customers if they are missing any ingredients. They always have good customer service, and no matter how many people they have a good attitude. I love there food and will come back.

The food arrived in a disgusting condition. It was cold, soggy and hadn't been packed correctly so one food had contaminated another, meaning food allergies could have been compromised. I have a wheat allergy and my daughter had ordered a burrito. This company doesn't care about the health and safety of it customers. Completely disgusted

I can't believe this place stays in business. Today was my first and last time to buy food from Chipotle's, which is a shame because the food is good and the staff was awesome. I wanted to order online for pickup. I tried at least 15 times to place the order. Every time I clicked Add To Order the page refreshed and the item WASN'T in the shopping cart.
Three different devices, multiple browsers and it just didn't work. I finally discovered that if I added a specific item first it worked, then it worked with the rest of the items.
BUT, my son wanted a bean and cheese burrito, which is impossible to order. You HAVE TO order a 'protein'.
So, I finished my order only to have my form of payment rejected.
So, I drove there and went through the drive through. Crazy me expected a Chipotle drive through at a Chipotle, not a farging STARBUCKS!
So, I went inside. Fortunately, I remembered everyone's order since I had entered it 15 times in their useless website. And, the nice lady let me order a bean and cheese burrito without a farging 'protein'.
I paid with the same card their assinine website had rejected.
I would have been willing to forgive the staff leaving out the red chimichuri sauce on the side that I had asked for had I not already endured incompetance on such a ridiculous scale.
The first thing I noticed here and on other sites is the lack of responce from the company to bad reviews. Which most of them are.

Chipotle Fell Off
Chipotle is not the same any more. The bowls and burritos always come sloppy. The amount of protein they add is inconsistent. I also hate how you can literally lean over the seperation glass. Every customer is breathing on the food.
What, No Lettuce?
It is hard to believe going to a restaurant like Chipotle and being told they are out of lettuce at 2:00 pm. We were also told they were out of Chimiconga sauce even though it was advertised. This restaurant needed more people working to handle the extremely long line of people waiting to order. This was the Chipotle off I71 in Ohio in Jeffersonville.
