SAVE YOURSELF

When I placed an order for FIVE items at choies totalling to over a thousand HKD, I expected a decent level of professionalism.

The products were so so cheap. Any material listed as wool or cotton came out as polyester. The quality of the products would put any actual store out of business, but because choies apparently runs on scams, this hasn't happened.

My sister didn't even bother to return her giant purchase because customer service is so problematic. I haven't seen her wear one of the many items she bought because they are THAT bad.

I asked for a return and got authorization for 2 falsely described products over HALF A YEAR ago, and the money still is not back in my sister's PayPal account (I used hers because I am a teenager living and dressing on scholarship money - THANKS FOR EXPLOITING YOUTHS EVERYWHERE, CHOIES )

From one shopper to another DO NOT FALL FOR THE PICTURES OR PRICES because you will waste your money and time. This website is the worst-case scenario of online shopping sites. COMPLETELY ILLEGITIMATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I don't want to blame the eerily polite/patronizing customer service people who keep calling me dear, BUT WHO ELSE IS THERE TO BLAME. (I wrote this review because I had read the bad reviews before and dismissed them as rare exaggerated cases. THEY'RE NOT. Such regrets)

Great quality for low price!

I live in Georgia, USA and I received my package yesterday. I LOVE my new clothes. I originally bought only four items just to test the waters and I am really pleased. Customer service was great and you will receive a reply within 12-24 hours after you send it. I was concerned about my order taking long and I sent an email. A Rep told me that they were waiting on one item. Instead of waiting longer, they told me that they could ship my already packaged items ahead and then when my other item was ready, they would send it. Soon enough after they shipped my first order, my second order was ready within a few days. The orders are free shipping and came pretty fast. Do know that they are located in CHINA. These items are not completely genuine and are SIMILARITIES thus the lower prices and you will have to WAIT regardless of express shipping.. I am very happy with my experience with Choies and I will be making another order right away.

Extremely bad

For 75 days I was communicating with Choies team, who was too busy to get my item send to me properly during all this time and in the end of story they admit that my item was lost and they for 1 month they couldn't get any replacement for me. It will take another 15 days to get reimburse of money...that with such extremely poor service can be again lost on the way...
My order number is 17023311340 for them as an evidence of their extremely bad service.

Order never received and no response to emailed concern

I would be careful ordering from Choies as I ordered several items of clothing online on the 2nd of the month and whilst I am aware some things take longer than 2 weeks to arrive, I have not received any confirmation that my order has even been sent! I have tried to track my order but when I placed it I did not sign up as a member and there fore none of my past transaction history is available for me to track it. I didn't even receive an email confirming that my order had been processed except for a PayPal email stating $175.00 had come out of my account. I checked with my bank and this is true. I have tried to email Choies customer service regarding the issue and no one has replied and I am now forced to contact PayPal to get my money back.

Shipped to wrong address

I picked out and paid for an order. After finally shipping it, the tracking showed as delivered, but i never received the order. I live chatted with a rep there who told me that even though it shows delivered, it may not be and to wait 2 days. I did that & 2 days later still no order. I contacted them again and the rep told ME to call the post office to see what was going on. Even though I thought it is her job to do that, I did it anyways, and found out that Choies shipped it to the wrong address. After telling the CS Rep that info she then instructed me to go to the address where they had sent it to incorrectly and knock on the door to get my order back!! Are you kidding me?? I told her I am not doing that it isn't even safe and why should I have to? This has turned in to a week long process for a dress I needed for a wedding in a couple weeks. I haven't approached the point where I got my refund yet because it takes atleast 24 hours to get a response out of these people. What kind of company makes their customers do all the foot work to fix their mistake?? EXTREMELY poor, slow, and useless customer service. Will NEVER be buying from Choies again.

Nothing but regret.

ATTENTION DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!
My fellow ladies, if you want to waste your time and money then please go ahead and purchase items from Choies. A few day ago i saw a pop up add on Facebook stating cheap clothes and free postage and handling for 24 hours! And me being a teenage girl that i am rushed in to the sale, I purchased a dress that was originally $15.99 and then the price went up to $16.99 and i didnt care but after i had made my purchase I checked my bank account and $23.00 was taken out??? I choose to let this go but then i got an email the next day saying " we regret to inform you but your order was not successful". No sorry i have photo proof that the last place my money went to was your online store? And they were demanding more money from me? So i sent them an email and they replied 24 hours later saying there investigating why more money has been taken out. Get real and close down your store because you clearly can't handle it babe. Also please dont reply to the comment Choies with your fake excuses.

Fall in love with this store!

Choies is a great and easy to navigate website with amazing quality clothes and accessories.Really fast shipping, clothes with an amazing quality, people always helping you with your questions (about size, material, shipping, payment - all you need). The another advantage is that they answer your email really fast!Items are just like on the picture. I would recommend it to everyone! Don't be afraid, just do it!

CHOIES WILL NOT REFUND ME

I never wrote a review a day in my life. EVER. I online shop more than I actually shop in person, but people need to know about Choies.com. I placed an order last week Wednesday. Yet, for some reason I can't track my package. I ordered a bunch of socks for my dance team and when I asked Choies about the location of my package, they told me Monday, that it is still in China. My dance show is in two days, which is Friday. Before I continue, I randomly stumbled across reviews from Choies about how they are a spam, they are inconsistent and they just want your money. I really wish I would've read the reviews because so far , it's true. Most sites , especially if they haven't shipped your items , have no problem instantly refunding your money once you've asked them to. But they keep asking me about vouchers or store credit or bs they keep offering after I've already asked them that I wanted my money. They keep saying they have no problem refunding me , yet , they still haven't refunded me. My last email said , "Dear whoever this may concern, I want to be completely refunded with my money back into my account. That is what I would like to do and I don't want to be asked again about any other offer. Thank you." They have yet to reply. If that's not plain English I don't know what is.

I placed an order and Choies claimed that my order was delayed due to the New Year. My order was placed days prior to that. I was patient enough to wait and they still played games about shipping my materials. If you don't want to lose your money DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM!

Unprofessional and cheap

I placed my order at the end of November and it got shipped a few days later - when shipping to Denmark, the site states that it takes around 10-20 days. Well, I didn't receive my order before mid-February: So two and a half months of waiting.

I've written numerous mails to them during the waiting time, since I had no clue as to where my package was. The tracking info was all in Chinese - of course it could be translated, but it made absolutely no sense. After two months it appeared as though it was still in China.

All of the answers on their mails were fast, but all they answered were such things as "Please be patient, I think your package will arrive very soon," in horrible English, and the same kind of sentences all the time - so they also had no clue as to where my package was.

The clothes DID look like the same as the picture, and they fit fine, but the material is incredibly cheap. Of course you get what you pay for, since their prices are quite low, but this is just horrendous. Not worth waiting almost three months for, and I regret buying clothes there.

I do certainly not recommend choies.com, and I am never gonna shop there again after this complete ridiculous and unprofessional experience.

Nothing like the pictures

I saw the what seemed to be the perfect skirt on choies. It was the Black PU High Waist Skater Skirt. The pictured showed it was below the knee.The size was "one size fits all" and i wanted to be sure that it would fit me. So i checked the size chart. The lenght of the skirt was perfect, just below the knee. I've been waiting for almost a month for this skirt to arrive only to discover that it was a mini skirt (not even close to knee lenght). I'm really disappointed, because i was really looking forward to wear this (what i thought would be) amazing skirt.

Horrible.

regretted buying a dress as soon as I placed the order. then had the hardest time trying to get it cancelled, I emailed them and used the live chat. Do not buy anything from this site, it is a complete hassle and it is not worth it!!

Scam

I ordered $345 worth of merchandise that I don't have and they won't refund me the money. Paypal sided with them and they will try to appease you by offering discounts or partial refunds. They are actually the worst company ever. Their customer service is awful and they have excuses for everything. Avoid at all cost!

Amazing Choies

Thank you for everything, and mostly for being there for me.The staff is amazing,they made me feel special treating me like a star, like I was their's most important client... this is my 3rd purchase on the website, already recommended to my friends, and they bought and loved the experience, as much as I did...
Dresses are unique as well as all other items, high quality,amazing.

Just had my first experience with CHOIES and feel totally satisfied. Like the products, like the balance between quality and prices, like the service. The boater hat in blue is my most favorite piece at the moment, am wearing it literally 24/7!

just read the review

Received a shirt that had stitches in the back! Like okay really how cheap can you be? I only received one product, and I ordered two things. Dont reply with a "sorry we know our company has a few problems." A few? Majority is bad reviews. Don't have a company if you can't handle it. I may be 18 but I am a super genius and will be sure that you will get no further business until you fix your "few" problems. I would talk to customer service but customer service have horrible attitudes just because they hate their jobs. I don't want to deal grumpy employees who take out their anger on their customers.

Same old story - They SCAM you, big time.

I was reading a couple of the reviews on here and I wish I had done so before ordering from Choies because I am currently having the EXACT same problems as so many other people did.

I ordered 4 items and paid extra for rush shipping, which essentially guaranteed I would get the items before my upcoming trip because I ordered well in advance. Then I received an email saying that, due to Chinese New Year, I would not get 3 out of 4 of my items for about another month. I didn't mind that, things happen.
However when I received the one item that was meant to come right away, it fit me like a balloon suit. Like a flower-print hazmat suit full of bubble wrap. I wish I could attach a picture. It said "small" on the label but I don't know a woman on earth fat or misshapen enough to fill out that horrendous romper.
So, I asked to cancel my remaining items. The site says you can cancel items that have not yet been shipped, and seeing that I was told my items could not be shipped for another couple of weeks, I thought this would be no problem.
Instead, after politely asking for the cancellation of my order, I received a series of emails stating that the other items in my order had suddenly been shipped. But here's the problem: not only was I was told that it would be impossible for the items to be shipped before Feb 15th (it is now Feb 4), but furthermore, all of the tracking numbers for the newly "shipped" items are the SAME as the tracking number for the item that I have ALREADY RECEIVED.
So I think I can guess what happens next - a Choies representative will tell me that they cannot cancel my order because my items have been shipped, YET I will not receive my poorly-made items until well after Feb 15th being that they have not actually been shipped.
Well played, Choies. Give me my money back or the world will know what a horrible retailer you are.

UPDATE: I spoke with a representative and they have changed the status of my order to "cancelled," but I was told to contact a different department to request a refund. I will delete this review if I actually get one.
