don't waste your time.

100$ worth of items came to my house. All of which did not look anything like the photos. (Didn't look AWFUL, just nothing fit and Everything was completely see through) a pair of pants I purchased were as small around the waste as the distance from my pinky to my thumb if I spread them out. I messaged them saying I wanted to refund my items and they wanted description of why I'm returning. I explained to them and she said she wanted all the tags, bags they came in, and to ship them. (I would have to pay fees) so I thought forget it I'm not paying. She offered to send me 7 dollars to my account for the trouble and I accepted told her my paypal and figured I'll just sell or donate the stuff I got. (If anyone would even want it). Got my email saying the money would be in my account in a few business days and that if it did not show up to email the customer service. The money showed up a few days later. Then, one month later the money gets taken out. Saying I didn't confirm the account. Like how the hell could I have not confirmed the account if the money ended up in my account. Anyway my point is do not shop with this company. I saw some of my things I purchased at my local fricken wal-mart. Go there instead.

Terrible material!

I ordered from this company and the material of the clothing is absolutely awful, they're not even worth the price I paid! The items I received look nothing like they do on the website either. It's safe to say I will never be ordering from this company again.
For anyone looking to buy anything from this website, I would strongly advise you not to as you will just be disappointed! From now on I am going to have a look at reviews before I order from anywhere else again (as I didn't look into other customer reviews before I purchased from here).
No doubt I will receive a reply from Choies along the lines of ' We could totally understand your disappointment and we are really sorry to hear about your problem....' just as everyone else gets, so please do yourself a favour and just save it. If you totally understand all the disappointments from your customers then sort out your company!

Blue embroidered bomber jacket

Delivery was prompt and inexpensive and the product turned out to be even better than expected- the jacket was reversible, monochrome on the inside. Choies almost sells themselves short by leaving out desirable details like this. The site had to double check my purchase as my bank deemed it unusual that I was buying outside of my country but this was the bank's issue and Choies made sure to work it through with me in a way I was very pleased with. 10 out of 10 thanks Choies!!

Terrible customer service

I ordered a dress 4 weeks ago, I never got any email asking to confirm payment. I check back today and they had cancelled my order wihout even telling me. I spoke with "Vivi" and she was so rude, even told me to go buy my dress somewhere else. They cancelled my order when 1 week ago they have told me that my order was shipped, even provided a "ups tracking#". They really need to make up their minds and be more respectful to their customers.

reviews scared me but luckily I had no problems

I had no problems with my order, it came in a timely manner and it fit perfectly. The material was just as I expected and I was able to track my package every day. I ordered my dress but then I decided to read reviews over the store because I did not know my order would be coming in from China! I got scared, especially when it said 10-20 days to receive. I ordered my dress 4/04 and I needed it by 4/23 for my sisters wedding. I got it 4/16 and got regular emails regarding my dress and shipping. I had a great experience but I probably wouldn't order from here again due to all the scary reviews

BECAUSE THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE MAKING

Today I am here to talk about the CHOIES. It is a good brand, yes indeed, but not just that... it conveys confidence is in pieces, either in service or transport. Transmits also good quality, speed, good prices and without fail to mention the good deals they do. That is, it's all good and nothing bad, just one click away from our house. And let's be realistic now with the lack of time we have in our lives is not always easy we address the physical stores. Furthermore we got different parts and unique rain rates. What we could ask for, nothing is not ?

I hope you have been helpful and passing by CHOIES and give a look around the store, because there are going to regret it!

Wow! Rude

So I ordered a pair of boots that ended up being a $145 purchase. I had wanted a pair similar from free people for ever. So I made the purchase, but then looking at the pictures again I realized that the boots from both sights were the same. Literally the same model and everything. I thought it was suspicious because Freepeople is a name brand. I decided to cancel before anytime had past. I was going to start with a smaller purchase and see how it went. Due to the fact that there are so many terrible reviews. I asked a rep ViVi for help. She told me that I shouldn't have made a purchase if I didn't want it and then followed up with telling me I need to think more clearly. I have never experienced such rudeness before. And if choies would like to contact me, I have screen shots of that conversation and I wish I could share them here. Rude rude rude.

Surprisingly good!

I looked at the reviews after I shopped, so I was so scared because the reviews r terrible. But I contacted them and they were nice and told me I'd be getting my package a week after I ordered! U guys have to keep in mind their in China so if you guys r ordering from the states it will take super long, so just pay express shipping. Their clothes is awesome! Can't wait to wear them. And I'll definitely shop again

TERRIBLE customer service

I was so happy to find this cute little shop online but after a week from placing my order they still had not even processed it or given me an order confirmation. I've emailed three different times now asking for my refund and cancellation of my items and no response. Worst customer service ive ever experienced. Will most definitely not be purchasing from this place again.

Ridiculous returns policy.

They are based in China and it took 3 attempts to get a returns address. As they sell globally they must have a better option than the buyer paying to return items to Guangzhou. Postage will cost more than the item which is a poor fit and going by other reviews it's unlikely I will even get my refund!
I won't ever buy from them again

Belittling, automated customer service reply

I found what I believed to be an error on the website regarding an item that I was interested in purchasing. (The sizing was listed as XL-XXXXXL, but the item was not listed as plus-sized.) I contact Choies' customer service to see if this garment was actually only available in these sizes, or if it was indeed a mistake. Several back-and-forths ensued between myself and the customer service representative.

In the first response, the representative totally ignored the content of my query and instead answered to the effect that "garments made from different materials may be of slightly different sizes" and that I should consult the product page to find my best size. Assuming that this was an honest mistake and that the customer service reps are often bombarded with emails about customers concerned over whether a piece of clothing with fit them, I emailed again to clarify my question. The second response was even shorter: "The sizes are listed for each certain items on our website. You can check the size chart for the measurements to see whether it fits you." In the second email, I specifically asked the representative to look at the webpage in question, but it seems that he or she refuses to do say and instead feels the need to offer the same irrelevant and belittling advice.

I had planned on purchasing several items with Choies and was just waiting on the clarification of this one item in order to have everything ship together. Now, I am frustrated and fed up. I am dubious of receiving good customer service in the future and would rather not order any of the items.

Order took 2+ months. Still not here

In February, a friend of mine ordered a dress. Weeks went by, and we didn't hear back from them until March. We took this as the required time to process the order and blew it off, expecting the dress to arrive in one or two weeks.

Two weeks later, they informed us that there was an error in the shipping address, and they couldn't do anything about it until the dress returned back. We thought it would be soon, but it turns out that they shipped from CHINA. We were frustrated, but we hoped for the best, giving them more time.

Two more weeks passed, and we saw that the dress returned to the warehouse where they shipped. We immediately contacted them and fixed the shipping address. They said that they would resend the package, and they sent us a confirmation email after to prove its legitimacy. However, the email did not include a tracking number, and we were assured that it would only be a matter of time.

We recently contacted them again, and they said they were "having a holiday" and could not fulfill the order until 3 days later.

That was the last straw. We had waited over 2 months for the dress, and they told us that they hadn't even shipped it yet? We canceled the order immediately, only to be told that it would take another TWO WEEKS for the money to return to the card.

This service is absolutely unbelievable. As a consumer, I feel belittled and that this farce was a waste of time. I strongly suggest that you find a different store. Many of the pictures they offer can be found elsewhere, and you will not get any service worse than what this has to offer.

Later than expected but good quality

In february I ordered 2 tennis skirts and one skirt for my mom, but read some bad reviews and was very concerned about it.
Anyway, I thought, let's just see what happens.
Luckily, a month later or so, one of my skirts and my mom's skirts arrived (I knew the white one would come later, because I mailed with Choies about that). That happened today. I think my white skirt will come this week or so.
I live in The Netherlands, so it took pretty long to arrive.
But the skirts were cheaper than the official skirts from American Apparel and my mom's skirt is also very beautiful and good quality.
But if you live in The Netherlands or in that area and you're an impatient person like I am, I think it's a better idea to shop somewhere else.
If you're patient and you don't need your clothing really soon after ordering it, I would definitely shop at Choies!!!

It's a week later now and I also received my white tennis skirt, exactly how I wanted it. :)

Still waiting on my clothing!

I placed an order with Choies with hope that my items would be with me within a few days as it said so on the website, I waited a week and my order still hadn't been shipped, I emailed the company asking about the whereabouts of my items and they responded by saying that my clothing would be shipped within 2 days which it still hasn't been, although the response I received from the website was nice I am still yet to receive my clothing. I have read on various websites that the company is a scam and after spending £60 I am hoping this is not true.

And we could not control the standard regular shipping after the parcel has left our country. The shipping time may be affected by the weather,the declaration process or customs random inspection. Fraud! Absolute no customer service. Incorrect information on item and they will not take any responsibility

I really wish there is a 0 star I can rate. They have wrong information on the item. When I received the product, I email the customer service. The are very rude and pretty much like " too bad", "you made the mistake". "sure, you want to exchange or refund, pay for the postage to send the item back to CHINA" They just absolute don't care. DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.

IT IS FRAUD!

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I PROMIES YOU! They will take your money and RUN. I shopped there about 3 months ago. Spent almost over a hundred dollars . AND YET, MY ITEMS AREN'T EVEN HERE! why don't you guys have a costumer service phone number? IM REALLY THINKING OF SUING THIS COMPANY. How you dare respect your costumers like this? Really cool clothes

I love to shop at Choies because they have awesome trendy items and hot prices! The shipping is actually fast and the quality of the items is amazing if you take your time looking ate the fabrics of the items and the review photos really help to know how it fits to "regular" people! Love it!

Horrible Experience; Will Never shop this site again

I purchased three items nearly two months in advance for my bridesmaids. The order on the site went thru fine, and I received a notification about a week later my order had shipped. It was after this I was contacted saying they didn't have one of the three items in the size I ordered. Why would that site have let me order an item out of stock, and why were they telling me it had already shipped when it hadn't? They refused to give me a refund, so I said send all 3 in mediums. Two weeks later I received two of the three. They didn't even send my full order. I asked them to expedite the third item and received an email notification it was sent out. A week later, I was contacted that they never shipped my third item. At this point it has been almost two months, and I still don't have my order in full.
