Do not order from this website! This website is a scam. They do not ship and refuse to answer about a refund. Beware..fake store!!!!

WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR.
It's been a month from today, I was placing online order, but there was some technical error in the website because of which it was not picking up the right shipping address that I was trying to put, on the contrary it was picking up another shipping address from my previous purchase.

Tried 10 times, finally the right shipping address was uploaded. But when I paid the money (90 NZD) and got the invoice in email, it was again showing the wrong shipping address.

I emailed the customer service several times with my correct shipping addressand finally got a reply on the 5th day. The person replying wrote to me that they have changed my shipping address to the correct one and the item will be shipped soon.

After 2 days I again got an email that the items have been shipped. But guess what? Upon tracking the item I see that its been again shipped to the wrong address, even after these tools confirmed that the shipping address has been changed to the right one and will be shipped out to the right address.

After that I again emailed them to tell them that even after confirming that they have changed my shipping address, they have again parceled my order to the wrong address.

It's been 15 days now that I have been emailing them to report this. But I have got not even a single reply from them.

They should either resend the parcel or refund my money, but they just choose not to reply to the emails at all.

Worst experience ever. Do not shop from here ever.

Purchased 2 items, paid 33 EUROS for it. Got wrong item and wrong size. They are willing to pay me 5 dollars per item back. REALLY ? This must be a joke. Will never purchase again via this website. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. It's all counterfeit and copies. Bad quality also.

The worst store ever! I made my purchase on November 08 and I didn’t receive anything! I sent an email and 2 days after they answer me with deadlines that had already passed.. When I tried cancel my purchase, they said the product was shipped on October 22.. How that's possible if I made my purchase on NOVEMBER 08??? Total disregard and disrespect for the client!!

Placed an order in May. Didn’t receive any notice for shipping, so waited until JULY, then reached out to see the status. No response. Waited till August and disputed the charge. Then suddenly, they shipped my order on the slowest option. I got my order mid-September without as much as an apology. The clothes are cheap and not the correct size at all. I won’t be wearing them. The worst experience that I’ve had with a website ever.

One of the most cheap looking, ugly shirts i have ever seen! And so uncomfortable! Defently not worth the money! Got one for me and one for My boyfriend.. Bout Them at the same time, but they did not got shipped together..

I was very excited to order from this website because of how it looked in the photos. I ordered two blouses, one was very cheap pillowcase like material, and the other one kept on falling off my shoulders and fit terribly everywhere. Not only that, but the semes were inside out in some places, and the zipper came broken. My family agreed that I have been scammed. It was not worth what I paid for it at all. There is a reason they don't have the option for reviews on their own website. I am currently trying to return it, and on top of that, you have to pay for more shipping back. I wish that I had never bought it. Take my advice and DO NOT BUY FROM CHOIES.

Very disappointed in this company. It took over a month to receive my order and once it finally got here the quality was very cheap. I have been trying to get a hold of them to return the item for the past two weeks and they will not return my e-mails.

*DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a dress and swimsuit from the company. It took several weeks to arrive. The material was cheap and so thin that you could see through it. It was also made too large and poorly sewn. The dress literally fit like a sack. I have emailed this company several times for a return label and they will not answer the email.

I gave 1 star because I was not allowed to provide a rating of 0 stars. We ordered a dress for our daughter in early November and received an email 2 weeks later that the item shipped. More than 30 business days later, we had still not received the dress. They have not responded to emails. It is now December 29th.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Do your self a favor - DO NOT BUY FROM Choies! The fabric quality is atrociously cheap, sizing is completely off. At best this is a total bait and switch since the items look nothing like the images on the website. It also took forever to receive them. What a waste of time and money! It's all going straight to the good will.

SCAM. I ordered one item last Nov. and I never recieved it. It says shipped but we all know it was not. I learned my lesson. When it seems to good to be true it usually is :( Do not shop on this site!

I give them a 2 star cause the dress although not the one I ordered is actually wearable and showed up even though it was a week late.

If I could give them zero I would. Truly abysmal. They never respond to anything, two of their email addresses are dead, and I live in the same country, so its not even an international problem. Ive filed for chargebacks. The WORST company.

Very poor item, poor customer service, no returns without paying outrageous postage prices, then no guarantee that you get your money back, they do not respond to emails or clarify any questions DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY I WISH I HAD READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!

Choies is the worst!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a dress from Choies. It was ordered in time to be a birthday present for my wife. She was born on March 21. More than two months have passed us by and the dress has not arrived. Based on the feedback I get from Choies I do not expect it to arrive. They have attempted to put the burden of responsibility on me and my post office.

This company is not to be trusted. I strongly advised you never to order an5ything from them.

Ordered early April and it’s gonna be June in just 3 days. The only email I get back until now is automatic that tells me my package is packed and ready to ship, for 2 months now. I will call my bank so I get my money back from this SCAM.
