I have ordered from them twice. After a month of them responding that they would ship soon, they told me they were going to issue a refund, and they did. The last of the two orders have not shipped, and it has been over one month. They are now responding that they have issued a refund, and that refund has gone pass the amount of time to be seen in my account. There is never an explanation.

I would recommend not ordering from this company. I emailed ahead of time to make sure the dress I planned on ordering would arrive in time and they said they can guarantee it as long as I paid for the express shipping which is $15 extra. It arrived more than a week late from the day it should have arrived and I wasn’t able to wear it to the dance. But not that I would have anyways. The material was cheap as hell and see-through. I messaged them over 2 weeks ago and several times in between for a full refund including the fake “express shipping” but they have not responded once. Terrible quality clothes and some of the worst customer service. I want my money back

Ordered a dress from them and the quality is awful!!! It doesn’t not look like the dress that was advertised, and it took over 3 weeks to receive my order! Do not order from them!!

TERRIBLE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!! It took over 2 and a half months to get my order from them and when it finally did they did not help me return it and i emailed back and forth with them at least 20 times just asking for a refund and everytime they ignored it. So frustrating and a scam. DO NOT ORDER from this crap company. The dress when it came in was so cheap, made for a toddler size, and smelled. Don't do it.

Completely unacceptable service:

1. Two months and a half of waiting for the products to finally arrive after I made the purchase.
2. Bad smell and awful quality-prize relation of the products once finally arrived.
3. They won't even answer my emails asking for how to make the return of the products as you need to write to them for instructions on where to send them.

I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND 'CHOIES' TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!

Took a very long time but it was expected as it's coming from China. I emailed Choies and asked when i could expect my order to ship and got a reply right away saying they just shipped it and apologized for the delay. It arrived and looks just like the picture, im very happy with my purchase. Can't beat the price. I keep an eye on my credit card statement as I've had problems ordering from China in the past but so far no strange charges have been made on my card so Choies seems to be a trustworthy company. I would order from them again.

-5 STARS. As soon as I clicked purchase, I realized they were in China. I immediately tried to cancel but Paypal went through. I received the $95 boots I ordered and they're small. Choies won't accept returns unless you pay shipping with tracking. This is expensive- $45 from California. They tell me I can keep the boots and they'll reimburse me $15. I am furious, but rather than spend $45 on a return, I accept. It has now been two months and 15 emails i've sent, and I've received 3 emails saying to expect payment in 5-7 business days. BUT IT NEVER HAPPENS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM CHOIES. I WISH I NEVER HAD!!

I WOULD NOT purchase from this site. Delivery took a long time to arrive although it did state it could take up to 23 days. When the product arrived it was too small. I contacted the company to arrange a return. I was notified that it would take a long time to return the item and it would be too expensive for me to return.

When I said I didn’t mind how long it took to return and the postage wouldn’t have cost 20.00 as they stated. They suggested that I keep the shirt and I could sell it, as a way of compensation they would offer me 4.00 off my next product.

Needless to say I haven’t heard from them since and I am now stuck with a shirt I do not want.

Very good for a shopping site, second purchase, satisfactory service. The clothes are very beautiful, I like them very much.

Bonjour je découvre à peine ce site et quel regret de ne pas avoir pris le temps de lire les avis avant de commander ! !! Je suis vraiment déçue je n'ai aucun suivi de commande et j'ai donc demandé l'annulation ..à ce jour j'attends toujours la réponse ! Un scandale que ce site perdure!! N'y allez surtout pas!!!
Je ne vais pas en rester là et je compte porter plainte si je ne reçois ni commande ni remboursement 😠😠😠

Purchased boots for $179 for my girlfriend. Been over a month and no product and the tracking number seems fake since no record with the shipping Co. I’ve emailed them 5 times and no response. They should be shut down. I’m notifying the Better Business Bereau but not sure if they can do anything yet. I’ve tried being patient. Wish I would’ve seen these awful reviews before ordering. Choies needs to be shut down so more people aren’t ripped off.

Article reçu un mois après la commande passée, mauvaise qualité avec des défauts. Détails différents des photos et très mauvaise coupe. Politique de retour présente mais créée de sorte à ce que personne ne puisse réellement retourner d'article (frais à la charge du client, besoin de contacter le service..ect).
Je déconseille très fortement ce site qui est une pure arnaque

I order a pair of boots from Choies on 11/17/18 it is now 12/17/18 and I have not received anything. I reached out to Choies by email but no response so I am now disputing this charge with my bank which they said will take up to 50 days. I have been ordering from Choies since 6/2014 and always received my orders Within 2-3 weeks so I am very disappointed and surprised at this company I never would have thought this would happen as I trusted this company. Shame on you Choies ! Buyers be cautious

Beyond frustrated with choies. I ordered two dresses and the delivery was slow and inaccurate and the customer service was horrible.I contacted them from December 3 and they got back to me one week later.I got my package yesterday and received my tracking information a day after.Also,the dresses looked like nothing on the pictures.One of them had the glitters falling off and the other says that it’s a size small but it looked more like a medium. Take my advice,don’t waste your money on these imitated foolishness.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL COMPANY!
Ordered 5 items, paid £15 to send 2 of them back for a refund of around £40 in August, 4 MONTHS LATER, after receiving the same email template from the company whenever I asked about my refund
Today, THEY HAVE REPACKED THE EXACT SAME CLOTHES I RETURNED AND SENT IT BACK TO ME?!!
Again I have asked for a refund with no response, clothes look nothing like the pictures DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I ordered a jacket from this website and payed fifteen extra dollars so it would ship by a certain time. It’s been 10 days and it still hasn’t shipped, and its being advertised with 24 hour free shipping right now. I emailed the company about this, and in the response I got they told me they can’t get the money because the company is “international”, so they ask for the last 4 digits of my credit card AND ASKED FOR MY PASSPORT. Absolutely ridiculous.

clothes generally completely different to the photos... but a few dresses OK..... BUT like many others- YOU CANNOT RETURN ITEMS AND GET A REFUND- despite me using tracked return etc.... they just write silly emails back promising to refund but don't.....
so as well as 3 dresses being no good- lost a further £17 in postage.... aaaarrrrhhhhhh

DO NOT shop at Choie's. I ordered a dress two months ago and still haven't received it. I get the runaround when I contact the company. This is a total rip off.
