Compre un vestido y la orden estaba tardando bastante en ser procesada, envié un mensaje y me seguían enviando mensajes con respuestas automáticas. Trate de cancelar mi orden después de dos semanas casi 3 y nadie respondió mis mensajes, seguían las respuestas automáticas. Finalmente enviaron mi pedido y llego! El vestido es justo como la foto muy buena calidad pero no volvería a comprar aquí solo porque el servicio al cliente es malísimo y si necesitas cancelar tu compra te responden con un mensaje automático que no tiene nada que ver aparte si por alguna razón ellos te envían la talla incorrecta o por alguna razón tienes que devolver tu pedido para que te lo cambien, los gastos de envío corren por tu cuenta!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, from refusing to cancel an order a matter of hours after I placed it (they sent an email back that was totally irrelevant to my request) and then ignoring all emails subsequently. They dispatched my order despite my request after about 10 days and having returned it I am still waiting on my refund weeks later. Have also had to pay 2 lots of postage as returns aren't free which I won't be refunded.

Awful quality and awful customer service. Followed the refund instructions as per their website and emails and still waiting for a refund after a month.

I am still waiting for my refund after two months. The items were vey poor quality and defective. I have to pay to send the order back to China!!!! and after two months still no refund!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This is not a clothing company it is a complete scam. DO NOT order clothes from here! They are not to standard size, they are made with very thin fabric that easily comes apart, and all over their website says you can easily return anything - that is the biggest lie of all. This company operates out of somewhere in China and magically doesn't receive your returned packages. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

It has been 38 days since I placed my order, I have not heard anything back, you email them and they give you a bogus tracking number, I am ready to just give up in emailing them to ask where is my order. I have to come to terms that I got ripped off for 202.00, I get that it is coming from China, but the most I have ever waited for something coming from China was 20 days. Please do your research and read the reviews before ordering anything online.I will be contacting my card company to dispute the charge. THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTING!

I want to tell everyone about a company that does not honor its guarantee. They sent to my wife inferior product. The product did not fit let alone the material used was not fit to be raggs. Poor quality and sized all wrong.
When I wrote to them asking to send the merchandice back for a refund they said no. It was $59.00 down the drain.
They are not an honorable company.
They are a fast profit scam.

If I could give this website zero stars I would... honestly the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. I paid for express shipping which is 4-7 business days including a couple working days to process.. well it took longer than 2 weeks to get to my house. When I asked for a refund, all they kept sending me was “did you check your mail?” Yes I received the package but was willing to just have a refun back for not coming in time. Never ordering from this place again. Worst customer service and the time period for express shipping is wrong.

Very very bad services! They reply very late and when they reply, they send you standard texts that mostly have nothing to do with your concern! have to send a lot of emails and still not a serious reply! Paid 100$ for a dress that I have to send back! I was expecting a better service for this price!

DO NOT order from this company. I cannot locate my order number and am requesting a return and refund for an item. They have written 9 times now asking for my "registered email" (which is the email I am writing them from AND I re-typed it for them), and explained I received NO paperwork in my order and accidently deleted the order email. Sent a copy of my exact credit card transaction and they still asked for the order number. The quality of the item is crap, and dealing w/these idiots is ridiculous. I give up and will eat the cost - but in return, they get this 1 star rating (and even THAT is too high!!!) and this slamming review.

Choies sent me the incorrect order and now wants to charge me $20 to return it. And then give me a $10 credit. Horrible customer service, an automated email reply. I've never been so disappointed in an online order. Terrible site

Honesly the worse clothing site ever I ordered dresses for my bridesmaids the quality of the dresses were terrible and it didn't look like anything on the website!!! They have no refund and return policy in place they just tell you postage will be expensive as its in china and advise you to sell it on!!!! What kind of customer service is that absolutely awful company please avoid and don't get ripped off like I did

Do not use this site!!! I have been waiting for my package for almost two months and a few days ago I could track it coming from China, but now it won't even show my order. Customer service is so shady and just sends you the same automated message over and over again that your package is coming. DO NOT order from this company, it is such a scam. They have my money and I have no order. I plan on taking legal action if I do not get a refund for the items I never got.

Despite reading all of the terrible reviews across the internet i decided to throw caution to the wind and part with £12 for a dress that i not only thought wouldn't arrive, but if it did wouldn't fit or look anything like the picture. Boy was I wrong! Ordered my dress on 1st April (coming to the United Kingdom) and received a mysterious email from Royal Mail on the 5th April informing me they were expected a parcel using Tracked 48h. I checked regularly using the tracking code with no change until 2 days ago on the 15th April. Sure enough my dress arrived 2 days later (today) and i am more than impressed. The fit is spot on (i used the size chart on the website), the material is way better than i was expecting. I really can't fault it! it looks exactly like the picture, albeit the picture makes it look a lot more high end but that's advertising! I will definitely be buying from Choies again. Yes it took 17 days but I consider that pretty speedy compared to other asian companies i have bought from. Five stars!!! xoxo

A coworker turned me on to this site. She gave me blouse that I loved. So I decided to go on line myself and place a few order this was around mid 2016. I have been ordering ever since. Honestly I would say 98% of the time I'm pleased with my items and I always get compliments on the clothing. 3 item I received out of at least 20 items I wasn't too thrilled about but 17 of the items were right on point! The prices are also the best! The only other down fall is the shipping it take a while but that's to be expected, it's coming from China!

Never buy with them, the quality of clothes are poor, don't even look like on the picture. I have ordered dress and blouse and you can't even wear them as they look funny me.

please do not shop here. I ordered my dress on Feb 21 and up to today Apr 5, 2018, I haven't yet received my dress. I checked my "order history" online to see if I could find any shipping information but the status kept saying "in processing". I tried to contact the website for the tracking number but no one seems available to answer your question. Finally, after almost 2 months I have to call my bank to "dispute" this transaction. Horrible shopping website ever. Please DO NOT dare to try this website.

Attention! I was disappointed and ripped off. Don’t order at this online shop! The quality of my ordered clothes was really miserable and there was no difference between the different dress sizes.
I tried to contact the seller several times and when he finally replied, they said I can send the clothes back and get a full refund. But unfortunately that was just a scam. Even though repeated contact with the request to refund the purchase price, nothing happened. Although this has been promised. Do not buy anything there. I was definitely cheated of my money !!!

Ok, I was really skeptical ordering here. I bought two dresses on sale (the country style off shoulders). I got M red and blue L. I was following what people were saying about the clothing being too small. I'm usually between a S and M. Well, the M fits just fine and L slightly loose on the chest, but the chest is elastic so it doesn't matter. The material is very thin, so I would have to wear something underneath because it will show all the way to my bones. The dress is really cute, just as picture. I bet it would look good with country boots. The delivery was fast. Took only about 12 days, no kidding. I am giving 4 stars because the material is thin. But for $10 dollar dress (was on sale), what do you expect. Now, I think you should not put it in the dryer, I think it will be the end of it.

BTW, this is not an American company. Web is from China.
