I ordered from Choies more than once (To Germany) and always got my order in time. The quality isn‘t the best but it‘s okay for the price you pay. I‘ll probably order again.:)

I was really worried when I purchased a jacket of choies, as I never received a email or confirmation code other than from PayPal. Then I googled reviews and came across all of these shocking reviews, as you can imagine I thought it’s a scam. However I’ve now received my items, two weeks after ordering which is quicker than what they quoted (which was a month) overall I’m really pleased with purchase, worth waiting that extra while for a cheaper price. And was able to track parcel, once it was in the United kingodom. So I’m not quite sure whereall of these reviews have come
From. But i thought I would take the time, to review choice as I seem to be one of the few that is actually pleased with there purchase. People clearly need to read small print and understand this is a American website it is going to take a while to arrive.
Rant over, I WOULD recommend choies to anyone !!

THEY STOLE MY MONEY, WONT REFUND ME AND JUST KEEP SAYING "THE PACKAGE IS COMING SOON OR YOUR ORDERS HAS BEEN SHIPPING OUT " AND ITS NOT. THEY ARE SO ANNOYING.
I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER.

IT HAS BEEN 28 DAYS AND MY ORDER STILL HASN’T SHIPPED.

I am sitting here reading these reviews from customers who are upset they haven’t gotten their clothes in two weeks, but for me it’s been a month and my order is still “processing.” I have emailed twice asking when it is going to ship and requesting that they just cancel my order at this point, and both times I have gotten the EXACT same message. It was just offensive to be told a second time that they need “time to check the quality.” I can’t even get someone on the phone to talk to about this issue. This is the worst website I have ever dealt with and I hope no one uses it again.

My order came today. I'm sorry to say that I feel like I wasted my money. The measurements on their website are an outright lie. Their size charts show what the clothes should be, not what they actually are. These clothes would fit me fine, if I was an eight year old girl, rather than a grown woman. Never again will I buy anything from this company. I am thoroughly disgusted. It's too expensive to return these items, so they are going directly to Goodwill.

Que dire sur Choies à part que ça fait plus d'un mois (achat fait le 19 janvier 2018 ) que j'ai commandé des bottes blanches pointus sur le site Choies et que je n'ai toujours rien reçu !!!
j'étais prévenue d'un délai d'expédition pour la France ne dépassant pas les 18 jours ouvrés . on est aujourd'hui le 14 fév 2018 , donc totalement hors délais.

Après avoir guetté ma boite aux lettres maintes fois , j'ai décidé de savoir ce qu'il en était . Après plusieurs échanges mails avec leurs services (depuis déjà 10 jours , 7 mails envoyés à leurs multi adresses : Service et Tracking ) ; J'apprend ce jour que mon article n'est même pas préparé!!!! Le comble c'est qu'apparemment ils attendent mon article via un autre fournisseur en rupture ( mon article n'est même plus dispo sur leur site pour achat).

Malgré plusieurs demandes pour savoir quand exactement je pouvais recevoir mon article: pas de réponse précise à part :
" Attendez on vous préviendra quand votre article arrivera , et préparé pour envoi".
En gros aucune garantie d'avoir le produit acheté et ce pendant qu'ils ont déjà empoché mon argent. pas non plus de geste commercial pour aider à patienter.

Je suis très déçue de leurs services concernant mon premier achat. voici donc comment ils traitent leurs nouveaux clients. j'ai l'impression qu'on ne se préoccupe pas de ma satisfaction et encore moins de mon article.

Si un jour j'obtiens mes bottes je ne manquerai pas de vous le dire , mais ce non-professionnalisme me donne envie de rappeler mon avocat.

Worst customer service ever. They do not send their merchandise in the time they say they will and they send the same email every time you contact them.

I ordered my package on December 31st and never received a confirmation email or my package; yet the promise 3-5 day shipping. I’ve emailed them 5 times and still with no reply. I want to cancel my order and get the full redound I deserve. THIS WEBSITE IS A FULL BLOWN SCAM AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRID. If you could report these people for fraud because this is ridiculous.

After three weeks my item finally arrived and had a black mark on the front. when i contacted customer services and asked how to refund the item they said that it would be best if i didnt because can cost me up to £40. they weren't able to refund me for my item, and had a customer service template which offered me a $6 refund for my item which cost me nearly £14. every time they responded with the same email but the refundable price lowered to $3 and they offered me points for there site? my jumper was £14. eventually they ignored me and now i am stuck with a poor quality jumper that i don't want. They also have the cheek to tell me to re-gift the jumper. Who would re-gift a jumper with black stains on. DO NOT SHOP HERE

Do not order from here horrible customer service they never get back with you & i still don’t know if I’ll even get my package . Good thing is i disputed the charges with my bank so i got my money back . This place is disgusting never again this is why i don’t try new places stick to what you know

Never been so disappointed with an order. Clothes look nothing like photos. Materials absolute cheap rubbish. Zips don't work. Sizing way out. One was miles too big and other miles too small. Still waiting on third item. Order placed end of October. No invoice or details of how to return in parcel but from what I've since read this is not worth the trouble. I'm annoyed at myself for not reading reviews first but a lesson learned. Hope this stops someone else making the same mistake.

Delivery time took awhile, though the delivery charge wasn't overly expensive.
Compared my clothing sizes to their charts, and ordered 10+ clothing items. Most items didn't fit, sized very poorly. I purposely ordered a size larger due to the fact that I read that they run small, and yet things that were tagged as XL fit to be a small/medium. The accessories were child-sized. The vast majority of items didn't even appear to look like the items on the website, made extremely cheaply. I wouldn't recommend anyone spend any money on this website unless you're the size of a child.

I ordered what looked like a lovely long sleeved dress for a very reasonable price from Choies - having never heard of them before. Unlike others, mine arrives within a few days, in a parcel stamped UK and a return address in Portsmouth - just a few miles away from where I live.

The dress was very poor quality, the skirt fit was fine but the top was woefully small. My mum - who is two sizes smaller than the size I bought - tried it on and she couldn't even get it done up.

There were no return instructions, no delivery slip. So I emailed their customer service to be told that as it would cost me $20 to return to them overseas (NOT Portsmouth despite the packaging) AND they wouldn't refund original postage (which I assume they would charge as if it were sent from overseas) it wouldn't be worth my while. So they suggested I just keep it and they'd give me $5 toward my next purchase. They ended their email with the line: "what do you think...?"

So, as you'd imagine, I told them........

Do not buy from Choies. At best it's a massively misjudged business model with terrible customer service. At worst, it's a scam.

I placed an order and paid via Paypal. 20+ days later they have not shipped the product and each time I send an email inquiry I get the same basic auto reply back. This company is a sham. I've opened an escalation with Paypal. Hoping to get my money back. I would not order from these crooks.

Horrible. The dress I ordered does not like kijevits made exactly the same as the pic on the website. The fit is terrible. The material is very cheap. Definitely a disappointed. I would never order from this store again. It's a scam.

Order the eyelashes on july 29th received a tracking number however unable to get into the web site to track the order. Requested a refund and they told me they couldn't because the item shipped. It's August 28 and still haven't received anything. Don't buy anything from them...

Quality is awful, it's from Hong Kong but site misleads you to thinking its from uk!
