I never write reviews but I think it is important for me to do one for choies so people know what they are doing.
My prom is coming up so I ordered a midi skirt and a blouse that was a reasonable price. At first I got a confirmation order email and one from paypal, however the first thing I noticed that made me a bit suspicious was there was no description of what I had paid for which was weird. There was only the subtotal, no description of individual items or even price. I didn't think much until a waited a couple of days and emailed asking when they would ship my order as it had been longer than they stated. They replied with they will rush my order and ship it as soon as. They did not ship it..This is when I thought I should check the reviews and I was disgusted by the service they had.
I got really worried and emailed them to cancel my order and they replied back 3 days later saying that my order is ready to be shipped, and if I pay an extra $10 they will do express shipping..I was shocked to know that they completely ignored my request. Throughout the day I got an email from Royal Mail with a tracking number and I thought they had shipped the items which put me in appal. When I scrolled to see it was just a pre-received order (this means that Royal Mail got information about an order that will be sent to them shortly).
I was absolutely mortified and realised how they scam people to give them more money...even when the customer is showing that they are already not impressed.
As they are from Hong Kong and I'm from the UK, the time zones are awful, I stayed up at 2am so I could email them (Yes, because they are useless at the live chat which always just sends you to email,,) at the time they would usually get back to me. I sent 3 emails prior asking them to cancel the order and then sent one again at 2am, with them finally getting back to me saying they have cancelled the order and will give me a full refund within 2 days. When I checked my emails at 12pm I saw that I had received a full refund. From other reviews I thought I wouldn't get a refund but I did and I got it quick, which is the only reason why I am giving them a 1 star.
Please don't ever trust them and buy anything from them because they will try and get more money from you instead of actually shipping out your order...disgusting

This company is a huge scam. Pls do not buy from them. Items orders on May 18th still not shipped with many excuses only sent by email. How do we get the world to know about these fraudsters.

Please, take it from me, I'm one to never take the time to type up a review, but this store gave me cause! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY no matter how cute you think the item is or how long you have been searching for that one item! WALK AWAY FROM YOUR COMPUTER! I placed an order back on 05/18/17 and the only email I have ever received was one that said the order had been successfully placed. No email confirmation, no email containing a tracking number, no email saying that the item was out of stock and you will be reimbursed, nothing, nada!! I have emailed the company and no response. I tried to do a "live chat" and it says to leave your name and number and they will contact you. Yeah, I don't know what century that will be, but they sure did take and keep my money! They claim it takes 3-5 working days to deliver to the U.S! What a joke!

I believe this company is a scam. I have placed an order and it has been 23 days since I received a "payment confirmation." However, I have not received any type of shipping confirmation. I have written into customer support twice and have heard no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, THEY WILL TAKE IT AND NOT GIVE YOU ANY GOODS. Sites like this should be reported and taken down immediately.

I ordered t-shirts on 4/21 and it is 5/10 and I still have not received my order. I checked the status and it has stayed in the Atlanta (where I live) sorting process for over 5 days after going through California and Virginia. Not worth the wait. Hell Summer will damn near be over by the time I get the Summer items. Takes waaaay too long to get your items. They need a faster delivery process. I will post when I receive them. Very disappointed.

Terrible!!! The romper I ordered came torn at the seam, and I have yet to get a response back about returning since emailing and trying to communicate with someone.

I ordered a dress and it came in days before I needed it (took about 3 weeks) but regardless it was super cheap and I totally adore it. Would recommend this site to anyone- and the customer service was a huge help!

I ordered a dress on April 11 and received it yesterday, April 25. I normally wear a medium to large but after reading the reviews regarding the sizing of the clothes running small I ordered an XL and glad I did because the dress fits perfect. I am 6 feet tall and the dress is very long and looks just like the picture. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and did not have any complaints with receiving my order other than it took longer than I expected but I most admit after reading all of the bad reviews stating to stay away and this site is a scam I am still hesitate to order again because I don't won't to be disappointed the next time. There are other items I want to purchase so I'm going to take a chance and order again, will let you know how it goes.

Ordered from this website 8 days ago, shipping says 3 to 5 days to the uk. I still have not recieved my order and i have emailed the company twice and they have still not got back to me. Would not recomend ordering from here.

Awful. They don't even speak English well. And you don't know if you'll get your order!

I will never buy from Choies again. Be aware that if you purchase items from this store, you are basically stuck with it, and here is why...
I ordered a couple of items that arrived later than the estimated delivery date, and due to poor quality of the items (you can literally see through the materials!), I had no use to it. While trying to return the items, I connected with the customer service, who instructed me to ship items back to China (!) with shipping costs being higher than the order itself. Choies returned the order money, but I am currently stuck with no items and paid shipping costs that the company refuses to return back due to their policy of "no return on shipping costs", although they clearly instruct you to do it, so you can get your money back for the order :-( Lesson learned for future, that's for sure!

So last week I ordered a dress for the first time from Choies. I came across the reviews page after ordering and began regretting my order because the reviews were so bad.

My order came today, only a week later. It was correct and fits me well. The material is what you pay for. The dress I ordered was very cheap. Overall, I'm happy with the dress and service so thought I should add a nice review here because I know personally I got scared from others experiences.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service department is extremely rude and not helpful. They just throw their terms and conditions in your face and tell you to deal with it. The quality of their clothes are comparable to old rags. Terrible site!!

Scammers who advertise products that uou purchase with hard earned money, only to send you completely different items and claim that is what was advertised even when you have proof. Firstly offer you a 30% refund and "keep the item" completely unwearable hideous piece of clothing, demand your money back and return the item.. which costs you HALF of what the item is worth. $100 coat, $50 return of the item. Do the math. They needed to see proof of the item I received to back up my story. They are genuine scammers, and their customer service is ridiculous. Stated that their policy wasn't to cover return costs.. does there policy state that they advertise what they don't sell? And then try and persuade you to keep an item you absolutely hate. They you an item that is somewhat similar. Brown coat/ brown lining = orange coat/ white lining. The worst online shopping experience ever. This site needs to be shut down!!!! Absolutely mind blown.

I made two orders and one came to ma without two items. They didn`t even notice me about sold out items. just send to me a half of my order. Another order never sent to me and somehow I can`t enter on my orders on my account. I wrote a bunch of emails to them and they ignored me or act like don`t understand me. How dare you to treat us like that!? This store was great before, but they have some new people that destroyed everything. This is no good. I will tell the world to stop buy from you!

After reading the many horrible reviews, I was very skeptical of ordering from them. I ordered the garment half expecting it never to come, but it was delivered to me within 12 days. The garment looked exactly how it did online. My only complaint would be the garment did not fit perfectly, but it still fit okay enough. Overall, impressed with this company. Definitely not a scam in any way.

The items I bought were so CHEAP looking & poor quality! When I wanted to return $50 worth of merchandise, they offered me $10 store credit & $5.00 to keep the items. I found out it'd cost $50 or more to return to a SMALL package to China via US Post Office, with tracking (& $38 w/required signature & no tracking)! It's not worth sending crappy items back! There was no other method to return ship, except to pay $25 w/out any tracking! Not worth that risk! So I'm giving away my items & will never shop there again!

Shop at Shein.com! Their clothes are WAY better (surprisingly GOOD quality) for same price as Choies! They have a huge variety & great sale prices! And it's free shipping & free return if you pay $1.99 insurance! Shein's customer service is really good. It takes extended time to process orders & do refunds, but it's pretty efficient considering it's in Hong Kong & their merchandise is great quality for such cheap prices!

Choies just lost this avid shopper as a customer. Will never ever buy from them again!

I purchased a dress three and a half months ago. I have never received the dress and they are refusing to give me my money back and have now stopped responding to my emails.

I ordered a cape on February 3, 2016. My card was charged. Never got an email or tracking number. I emailed them, they responded on the 8th saying it was a back up because of Chinese New Year and would not ship until 2/6?!!! That was already 2 days ago. I asked for a tracking number and the said they will rush my order and try to ship it out quick. Still not shipped on the 9th? Today they said it was out of stock and begged me to wait 5 days and get a $6 credit. I asked for a refund and still no response more than 12 hrs later. Frauds!!!!! Alert your bank and the BBB!!!!
