I ordered from them a month ago and they still haven't sent me an email to confirm that they've shipped it. I've tried tracking several times but it doesn't work. I then tried to contact them by email and they don't even attempt to help me out ! All they tell me is that it might take a bit longer. Don't get me wrong, I'd patiently wait on this order but I will not be surprised if the order doesn't arrive to me. I'm extremely disappointed with you Choies.

I ordered my dress on December 30th and was supplied with a tracking number. I tracked it for the entire month of January to find it made it to Canada on the 17th (Montreal to be exact, i am in Vancouver) and the tracking stopped because it was in my "destination country."

Ive contacted their support twice and in return they proceed to tell me what i already know- my tracking number. They obviously have not read my message seeing as ive explained that it hasn't moved form montreal and it now feb 7th......still nothing from them regarding my dress

Shirt was too small when arrived. I want my money back.

I had to find this out the hard way. I've read the reviews, mostly bad but I ordered anyways thinking that if I go by the measurements they posted the item would fit...WRONG. I went by the exact measurements and if their items were true to the measurements they post then surely this top would have fit me. I feel the material thin and cheap, I honestly did not expect it to be anything more than that because the prices are rather cheap for the items so I was fine with the material which was very light and airy. HOWEVER I am NOT fine with the sizing. I ordered an XL and the top is about 3-4 sizes too small...there is NO way it matches the measurements that is posted on their site so BEWARE and BEWARNED!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses 4 months ago haven't received them and I emailed the company three times and they told me that they couldn't refund me and that they were on vacation. Such a scam don't ever buy from this company!

I'd looked over the whole website, picked my favorite thing, got it, and love it! :) Their little floral romper dress was worth my money

Hi, i order cape on 16 january and it write Free express shipping and 24H ship! But i get an email my order will ship middle february! So what? I wait 2/3weeks until my order is ship? So why you put Free Express shipping and 24H ship??? Why??? And i ask refund they said my order out of stock?? Seriously why you didnt tell on your website when i order it is out of stock!??? Why? Then they give me another excuse that they said they are in holiday chinese new year so they ship after holiday but its for costumer who order after 23rd january but i order on 16january???? Why??? I ask refund they said wait i will get in 15 days working. I will wait and if imnot get i will spread about choies !

I only gave a one because zero is not an option. I ordered boots and they looked NOTHING like the picture. A cheap version at best. I tried to return only to be charged 30+ dollars to send back via USPS...I was horrified. They requested that I keep them for a 15 dollar refund...I paid over 100!!! What a rip off. I requested a shipping label...But nope

I purchased two things from here and awaited a shipping confirmation email. Once I got an email with misspellings, I started to question the validity of this store and tried to get a refund immediately. I still don't know how much of a scam this store is, but I was able to get a full refund in two days.

I too ordered a jersey for my grandson for Xmas - (He found the website). I did receive it in time for Xmas but unfortunately within 2 hours of wearing it the letters were coming away from the fabric as if they weren't even pressed on. Not the greatest quality but really hoped it would had lasted more than a few hours.

This company is simply one of those Chinese warehouse manufacturers. They use stolen images from other websites. So while you feel like you're getting really trendy clothes at a bargain, you're not. I also ordered something a few months ago and never received it. So save yourself the false advertising and just buy from AliExpress, wish, etc.

I found a beautiful red plaid dress advertisement on Pinterest that was skater cut. In the picture it looks like it falls right below the knee and ties on the side. It also looked red and black in color. The link showed it was sold by this company choies. I thought it looked perfect for a winter wedding I would be attending. The price was great, so early November I placed the order. The website led me to believe I would receive it in a couple of weeks. So I thought for sure it would be here by the end of November. Today is December 25th and yesterday it finally came. It took over a month and a half to arrive! It is ridiculous. Right off I noticed the colors were off. It was a red, navy, yellow and black plaid. I thought if it fit well, I could still use it. I tried it on, and based on the size chart, I was in between sizes M &L. I went with medium, so I expected it to fit snug. It fit big!! The sleeves didn't even look like sleeves at all. They have no shape, just a baggy piece of rectangle put together. What is that?? The length was way longer than what the picture showed. It goes below my calves almost to my ankles. This dress is not going to work for the wedding, which is in 5 days. Now I am rushed to find something else to wear. What a disappointment!! Never buy

Very disappointed customer. Will never order from them ever again. I purchased a jersey on December 05, 2016, it was a Christmas gift, it's Christmas already and I have NO jersey. Emailed them several times and the only thing I get back from them is that, it has been shipped. Their phone number on their website is disconnected.

Placed an order by mistake and panicked! I contacted customer service, they replied right away and refunded me in full. People say a lot of bad stuff about this company but in my experience they're pretty good!

I wish someone had warned me about this store before, because I am really regretting purchasing from them. I bought some items that had the label saying that they would be shipped in "less than 24 hours". BIG LIE. It's just a trap to get your attention. It has already passed a month and it still says that they are processing my order. They gave me a tracking number and told me to check in a few days, it has been a week already and it stills invalid. I'm so sorry I didn't research more before ordering from this disaster of company. I'm so disappointed. Never order from this site.

I made a purchase early Nov 2016 and paid through Paypal. Mid Dec 2016 still no delivery has arrived. I never received a confirmatin email nor have I had any shipping confirmation.

I emailed Choies directly on the 6th Dec. No response. On the 11th Dec I opened a dispute through Paypal. No response from the seller and today is the 15th. I have emailed directly again and nothing. I have escalated my dispute through paypal for a refund as the seller has ignored all direct contact and even ignored my dispute through paypal.

Don't even want the dresses anymore and just want my money back. How ridiculous. Very disappointing. And yes, I did check my spam email and there was no confirmation sent when I made my order. Disappointed.

I have had a terrible experience with Choies. I ordered some shirts over a month ago, and never received them. They also charged my card even though they had said I needed to send a photo of it in order for the payment to process, which seemed suspicious. When I asked for a refund, they blamed my bank and said it's not their fault that I was charged. They give me the same computer generated response every time, saying to check with my bank because they didn't charge me. This company will steal your money, and then turn around and blame everything on your bank. I have no idea how they haven't been shut down yet, as I see several reviews similar to mine. Worst online store I've ever used.

Ordered a dress on 10/12/16 as it said 3-5 working days for delivery but on checking the order for the shipping status today (14/12/16) the tracking link doesn't work and I realised that the item was being shipped from China! Which is of no use to me when I needed the dress this weekend... Then on reading other reviews it seems that if things do arrive they take weeks and then if you need to return it costs a fortune to send it back! Anyway i've contacted my bank who have refunded me while they investigate if the payment taken for goods is genuine.
