Placed and order on the 27th of November and said it would take 3-5 working days. No email confirmation to say I'd ordered it no dispatching confirmation and still on the 14th of December NO ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED. I've emailed and been through their website looking for a way to get hold of them but nothing on there. I don't even want the item anymore I just want my money back! This was supposed to be a Christmas gift! Absolutely ridiculous!

Ordered a jersey for my son for Christmas a month ago and haven't received it. Tried to call the phone number and it was disconnected. Set up and account to track my order and the order number I was given show there aren't any orders yet my card has been charged $71. Emailed the company with no reply.

I ordered a dress late October 2017. It is now mid-December 2017 and the dress still hasn't arrived. The tracking number given to me does not work so I can't even check the progress of my package. When I contacted Choies, I received no email confirmation back or explanation as to the whereabouts of my product. Now reading the other reviews I am regretting ever purchasing an item through this company. I want my money back. I will definitely be reporting the company and telling everyone I know to never EVER buy through Choies, Scammers.

I'm sad. Very sad, actually because I wanted to love Choies. As a matter of fact, I told my friends and sisters about Choies because I thought I'd love it. I ordered a few items and it took over twenty days for them to get here but when it did get here, there was some error and the package was returned because I apparently put the wrong address. So I decided to double check, only to find that it was indeed the right address; the one that I've always been using. I contacted Choies and ... still no news. I really don't care for the clothes much, they can keep it. I want my money back.

I have been waiting nearly 3 months for my items to arrive after paying over $100. I have messaged them every 2 weeks to find out what's happening because I cannot track the shipping number myself, and they keep telling me to be patient and wait... I am fed up now and no longer even need those items. I have requested my money back numerous times and all they tell me is not to worry and to keep waiting. So frustrating. I will be reporting them for fraud also.

Today is Nov 29,2016. I placed my order for a green faux fur coat xxxl and a dress total was like $60 us this pass Sunday. Today is tuesday i havent heard anything back from them and the other website where I brought shoes to go with the outfit is has emailed me today saying the have shipped my merchandise.... NEED MY CLOTHES OR MY MONEY BACK....

They advertise fast shipping to make you order but take months to ship out

I bought two dresses size 6 however when product arrived they were more like size 10. When I wanted to return I had to send it to China. Which cost $27 Australian dollar. The address they gave me was wrong so the parcel was returned to me. I lost my money and had to pay for shipping too.
Horrible experience.
The quality is really bad too. NEVER BUY HERE

I was super leary to be ordering from this company, esp since the item I wanted was over $100, but after careful consideration, I decided to take a chance and honesty, I'm so glad I did!

I placed my order around 10 pm EST (USA) time and immediately received a confirmation email. By 6 AM the next day, I had an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Within 5 days, my order arrived on my doorstep. They shipped via DHL and DHL even called to tell me the package arrived in the US and when it'd arrive.

The boots fit perfectly and are exactly what I expected!

I am so glad this order worked out.

I've been buying things here since the beggining of the year and I never had trouble and all the things arrived in the right time and them are exactly like the photos that they show in the site, i love this store.

I placed an order on 09-23-2016 for TWO Suedette Laser Cut Asymmetrical Fringed Capes - one in cornflower blue and one in brown. I received the blue cape (after about 4 weeks - so much for their claim that they "ship within 24 hours" upon receipt of payment), along with a "free" black skinny scarf (which was more like a stray sash to a different outfit). However, I have NEVER, EVER received the BROWN cape (it is now the middle of November), and CHOIES HAS MY TOTAL PAYMENT FOR BOTH ITEMS!! I have contacted Choies FOUR TIMES through both their "Email Us" AND through their "Live Chat" (which is NEVER LIVE because you always have to leave a written message) and Choies has NEVER RESPONDED TO ME EVEN ONCE (which falsifies their claim of responding to you within 24-28 hours)!! I have been polite in my emails, reporting only facts and asking them for information, but I'm done being nice now. I will be contacting PayPal with a fraud claim and also contacting a lawyer. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a pair of boots on 11/1/2016 and today is 11/14/2016 and I still haven't received my package. I contacted customer service via live chat and they keep telling me that my package will be here soon & not to worry... WHAT. I paid over 100$ for those boots where is my order? I don't even have tracking information yet, CHoies.com is a big rip off!!! I'm not sure if my order will come in or not but I will never order from them again. NEVER!

I made a purchase on 11/6/16 of a dress and bodysuit. They sent an email sayin payment received as well as it HAD been taken out of my bank account! I've been waiting for it to ship and a tracking number. Today 11/14/16 I got an email saying the payment wasn't successful when I can clearly see it was because now Im $30 short on money and have no products to speak of! In the process of trying to cancel my order and get a refund but "customer service" takes forever for a reply! I'm calling my bank and filing a complaint for fraud! Why is everyone so untrustworthy!

After 3 unsuccessful email attempts (I asked them to cancel my order since they said "the payment didn't go through" and I let them know I was filing a complaint with my bank) I finally got an answer back saying that my order had shipped and gave me a tracking number. The tracking number doesn't track anything, I asked them again to cancel the order and they said again that it had been shipped, even though I asked them to cancel the order in my first email after they stole my money and told me they never received it. They miraculously found my money, found my package, and it had "already been shipped" when they sent me the email saying my payment didn't go through. I WILL NOT accept this package IF it ever arrives. After reading the reviews on here of poor quality, wrong sizing, and insane return rates I'm sorry I didn't research more before ordering from these crooks
