Forever wait to receive items

I ordered my friend a sweater for her birthday a week ago and a dress for myself. Her big day is tomorrow and the sh!t shipped freaking yesterday. The clothes aren't coming for '10-20 business days' because it ships from China. Great, now my present could be almost a freaking month late.

Poor quality products

The clothes are not true to size. They are several sizes too small. The fabric is also too thin. It seems that they send cheaply made versions of what is advertised on the site. DO NOT waste your time or money on this website.

Don't even think of buying anything from this website

This is the worst company ever. They charge u the money but email you be like "oh we lost ur order" or "your transaction has not arrived yet pls send the details of your credit card". Really ? Do you think we are dumb enough to give u our credit card details ? Use your brain to work. After so many bad reviews and the company is still not improving, this proves that they simply don't care about customers and just want to get the money in their pockets. Seriously, when I think about it, the way they act is just like a spam, I am absolutely upset with their service. I am thinking of sueing them.

The WORST shopping and customer service experience online

Absolute fraud. Their advertised sizes do not match the sizes sent. They send clothes that would hardly fit a child, then asked for my bank account number (?!) to "prove a refund" even though I paid by credit card, which they knew, and after weeks of my sending detailed photos with accurate measurements of the garbage they sent me. And notified me that I had to return (their mistake) and pay about $50 in shipping charges, plus more if I wanted it tracked, which is necessary because they somehow manage to lose track of stuff returned to them.
They sent over 20 canned robotic statements but never addressed the problem, Only when they realized my credit card company found them guilty of fraud did they suddenly change their tune and promise to refund "a portion". What a joke. Then that took another week of nonsense emails back and forth. Plus the material is cheap, thin, and the clothes are very poorly made. NOT worth it. This is junk and the customer service is a bad joke. Terrible experience.

Warning: Horrible customer service!!!

There are other reviews with a horrible customer experience. Here's my story:
I paid $15 extra for expedited shipping because I needed it here on time.
2 weeks after I ordered it, I emailed them for the tracking number because my account didn't show one
They emailed with a long explaination that it hadn't shipped yet, saying "it may take a bit longer to process the parcel... before we ship your order... when the order is sent out..." And asking me to be patient in the email.
I responded immediately and canceled the order. The next day I got an email saying they just shipped it and it was too late now to cancel.
I emailed again saying it hadn't sent when I canceled the order. The next day replied saying it's too late and they'd give me $10 points.
Then I received an email saying the order is shipped and giving the tracking number.
NO, I want it CANCELED and a FULL REFUND like any other store would give me.

Oh, and if you've read other reviews, notice how they NEVER reply with a promise of full reimbursement. They say things like "we can work something out" or "we will do better next time".
Worst company ever!!

BE WARNED!! Horrible return process

I ordered $86 worth of items and none of them fit. I started the return process and received an email saying that they will credit me $22 or I will have to RETURN THEM TO CHINA AT $200!!! Nowhere on their Return Policy does it say you need to return to China! I told them they should post this on their site, it is exteamly misleading. They refused to offer a fair solution and I will continue to spread the word about this deceitful company practice.

Total waste of money

I ordered a pair of earrings, a bathing suit, and a shirt. I got my order almost three weeks after I ordered. Only one earring actually came in. And the size of the bathing suit was way off. It didn't cover anything, seriously, it was a one piece and everything was hanging out. But the shirt seemed nice, until it ripped after I'd only been wearing it an hour. I went to pull it down a little bit, and my thumbs went right through the fabric. Total waste of money. I'm so disappointed. Never order from this site.

Stupid customer service

I just wrote a review saying that the size of a dress was off and instead of them refunding me or sending one with the right measurements they gave me a store coupon for half the value. So they wrote they'll correct their sizes in the future. No thanks the point was they didn't stand behind their products and if i wasn't happy with my purchase them i dint need credit to buy there again.
Another thing to consider is that their shipping takes forever so order in advance for the next season and pray that you get what you ordered.
Really a hit or miss so be prepared for the inevitable miss or two.

VERY hit & miss

I've ordered from choies twice and the first time was simply because i wanted to try it out, i got things that were 10 sizes too small even though i ordered a size up like the site says. Other things were made of EXTREMELY cheap material. I had to order twice because the two main things i wanted in the first order were practically children's sizes. I will not be purchasing anything from this website again and I would not burden my friends by recommending this site to them. I got ONE thing out of both orders that I actually liked. Everything else i haven't worn even once.

Amazing shop!

Choies is my favorite online shop. Is amazing! I love him!
All products are compatible with photos and materials from which they are made of very good quality. At first I thought that I had problems with the selection of the size , but I was wrong ! All sizes are correct . I live in Poland, and the shipment came in a very short time. Already after 14 days I could enjoy my clothes. The clothes were carefully packed and came intact . For Choies I do not have the slightest reservation . They have a really interesting range . For them, everyone will find something for everyone .
Honestly wholeheartedly recommend .

There are so many options to choose from with choies. They offer a huge variety of clothes for any style. Good quality for the low price. They also offer beauty products and home decor. Definitely worth your time to check them out :)

A very happy customer!

Let me start by saying that I very rarely write reviews but I thought Choies deserved one as I had a good experience with them and in my opinion, they receive way too many bad reviews. I might have been lucky but, I ordered a skirt about 3 months ago at a very affordable price, the item was received in about 10 days without any problem... correct item, correct size. I decided to order again recently, after my first positive experience. I ordered a playsuit. After 10 days I received what I thought would have been the item I ordered but once I opened the parcel, I realised I had received a bra instead. I was really worried and thought I would never be able to get in touch with customer service after all the negative reviews I read on here. To my surprise, the customer service team got back to me very quickly and apologised for the mistake. We are all humans after all and we all make mistakes. All I had to do was to send a picture of the wrong item delivered and within 24hrs my playsuit was on its way. Today I received my correct item without paying any extra money. The item is gorgeous and it was a real bargain. I would happily buy again from Choies.

Hit or Miss

I placed an order on their website about a year ago. I ordered two items which I thought were reasonably priced at first (about 19.00 € each). Payment was made via PayPal - no problems occured. The order arrived approximately after 3 weeks.

While opening the package I was actually quite nervous whether the clothes would fit me after reading a reviews online stating that some items tend to run small. I was very happy with the first item because of the high-quality material and great fit. The second item on the other hand was way too short and cheaply made - definitely not worth 19.00 €.

All in all, the items are, in my honest opinion, a hit or miss. If you really want to place an order with them, I recommend refering to the sizing charts available on the website as well as taking the long delivery times into consideration.

They are based in China and the returns policy is worst I know!
I lost my money :(

Ils sont basé en Chine est les conditions pour retourner les vetements si la taille conrespond pas sont lamentable. Retourner un article en Chine coute tres tres cher.
Je recommande pas ce site trop risqué

Good service but product condition pretty poor

shipping took a very long time, when I finally got the skirt there was a stain on the front and the button doesn't fit in the button hole
