Boxer short sizing is incorrect there…
Boxer short sizing is incorrect there is no size from 38 inch to 40 inch waist. I have tried the size below 36 to 38 inch; too small. The 40 to 42 inch waist is; too large.
I gave away the small size and returned the; too large.

Cosy warm fleece lined chinos
I bought a pair of lined chinos for hubby. Great for icy cold nights at football and we have a trip to Sweden to see northern lights. Great fit and good colour. Happy hubby!!

Very poor customer service not helpful…
Very poor customer service not helpful and even though I asked over 4 phone calls to cancel the order due to incorrect delivery details. They failed to do so and preferred to send a parcel to a empty building and take my money. To be safe I have cancelled the card. Will request chargeback with bank as Company so unhelpful.

Chums make returns very difficult!
Sent for a pair of trousers which were too large. Attempted to return them and was told by Chums the nearest return point was a shop in Nafferton (five miles away). As I am without transport and our bus service does not go there I contacted them and asked if I could return via Evri - no response. Therefore went ahead and booked an Evri courier - however no-one came to collect. Contacted Chums again with same request and told to ring their ‘friendly’ customer line. On ringing the number got a message informing me the line was no longer working! Eventually a friendly neighbour offered to take my parcel to Nafferton. My gripe is that if you live in a rural area with only a small Post Office in the village why can’t you return by Royal Mail as most Companies offer this service.

Website very unresponsive, no customer service easily accessible. I ordered next day delivery but was told I had put in a code which does not appear on the website! Customer service, when I finally contacted them , was accusatory ( how clever of me to access a non existent code ) inflexible and unwilling to work with me.
