Have t yet received my order despite several tempts to get through to customers services with no luck. It’s turning into a farce. A great shame as I was looking to wearing the dress ordered at a special occasion. A great disappointment. I will keep trying but frankly don’t expect a response.

I ordered a pair of trousers…
I ordered a pair of trousers (Farah £52)waist 42 leg 29.
The waist was more like 46 and the leg about 33.
When I opened the parcel I noticed the trousers was a returned pair the packaging had been used before and the labels had been detached from the item.
I’am 87 years old and unable to get out to the return store so had to pay £5 for a courier to collect.
Will not be using chums again because I can’t afford paying £5 every time the wrong sizing is delivered.
I would still returned the trousers even if they had fitted because i done like paying top price for second hand clothing.

I ordered 3 pairs of trousers all size…
I ordered 3 pairs of trousers all size 12. I tried on two pairs which were fine so I took the labels off all pairs. Later on that day I tried on the third pair and found that these trousers were too big. When I checked the size they were size 14 but were in a size 12 bag. I returned them.

I ordered two items, the first came quickly and was correct. The second came a few days later and was a completely different size.
Trying to get it returned is a complete waste of my time and difficult due to being housebound! I’m not impressed.
