Chums great but their Courier awful.
Initial order was “lost” by the terrible courier Envri. It took nearly 2 weeks to be highlighted and it took me to chase this. However, the team from Chums very quickly sent a replacement which I have now received. Nice quality blazer and fit was perfect.

Ordered a pair of shoes and some trousers, no box for the shoes resulting in scuff marks, ordered a pair of jeans, from the packaging they had already been returned at least once, probably due to the leg length, certainly not 31 inches, more like 33.
Disappointing experience, but the trousers fitted, so feel obliged to give 3 stars, increased from 2.

There are too many options on prices and postage so that checking out is a lottery that is controlled by AI.
It debited me with postage charges contrary to what I expected, and I requested a refund which I have not received.

Dishonesty
I originally ordered 2 jackets (men’s) online from chums .My address is 11 King James Way, Henley on Thames . address is clearly stated as above when placing the order,this order was delivered to 1 King James Way.I have complained a number of times but Chums refused to accept responsibility for their error and will not refund or send me my order,and are accusing me of making the error, which is unacceptable ,careful dealing with this dishonest company.
