Matt at the Lowestoft store is fantastic
I was doing a kitchen renovation and needed some parts quite a few times throughout the process.
I saw Matt at Lowestoft store, and he was amazing. He went above and beyond to talk me through what I would need and helped me resolve a massive disaster when my waste from my new sink wouldn’t match with the waste outlet.
Matt you are a superstar and I am very happy with the outcome.

Have used City Plumbing for years but…
Have used City Plumbing for years but recently had issues with accounts department.
Paid a balance 0n the 13th May and on the 23rd May got an email saying my account was on stop?
Called into the branch on the 25th and explained the situation. He called them after me showing i had paid this and they said they had no payment for this account. He told me to call the accounts department, which it did. They ignore the calls and just get cut off every time!
Its the 30th May now and i'm still on STOP!!!
Sort your finance department out now.

I only wanted a single 460w ja solar panel and a few z clamps. The delivery was very swift, the panel works well. City plumbing rung me up I think in the night of the order offering any help which I declined as I knew what I wanted. Still very reassuring that they bothered. Overall I can’t fault anything.

Arse about face.
Looked at the Aston depot for some things which where in stock, ordered the delivery option for next day delivery. Van turns up with a half complete order because the delivery comes from a separate depot and they were all out. Had to drive to Aston to get the stuff that was needed.

Poor customer service
ordered online, waited 3 days after given delivery date. Enquired about my order only to be informed by email there was a" technical issue" and my order cancelled. The same goods are still being sold online but at a higher price. Will not be using this company again.
