My first daughter was born in 2019 and from her first Christmas up until today we have used classic Santa for our letters from Santa. They’re such carefully detailed personalised letters. My daughter is amazed how Santa knows her friends names. We can’t recommend enough. Makes their Xmas.

I've received a personalised letter from classic santa every year since 2016. And every year it has been absolutely perfect. Being able to choose paragraphs that suit your child as well as being completely personalised is brilliant. The look on my child's face ever year......priceless.

I have used classic Santa since my granddaughter was born almost 7 years ago. I have always found their letters of very good quality and if I have had to use their customer service I have always found them very responsive and helpful. They provide beautiful traditional letters and the ordering system is very easy. I usually order early and get the letters delivered to my own address then they are available in plenty of time. Would highly recommend.

I was told about Classic Santa letters last year by a friend who had used them every year until her children were too old. When she was telling me her face lite up so I can’t imagine what her children’s expressions were..
I started using Classic Santa letters last year and I have not been disappointed. My grandson is only 18 months so is too young to understand and appreciate but his mummy and daddy loved them. Both letters are now in his memory box for safe keeping, and I hope to be adding more over the coming years. Thank you Classic Santa for allowing me to start a new tradition with my first grandchild. Keep up the good work.

This company have produced the most beautiful letters with the most wonderful options. They have made all my little girls Christmas’s so special and more a really reasonable price. I hope they always continue to keep the magic alive

I've been using classic santa for the last 7 years and every year my children have been delighted with their letters. The letters never fail to delight my girls especially when they find their nice list certificate and pin. Classic santa do a fantastic job and provide a wide range of choices within the letters paragraphs allowing you to decide what information 'santa' has when writing his letter for example a friends name, or where you will be over xmas and i believe this helps the children imagine that santa is all knowing and can really check his list twice. Really authentic looking letters with wax seal, efficient delivery and generally a fantastic product. Absolutely brilliant will continue using for the years to come.

I’ve used this company for the last 5 years or so and it really has made our Father Christmas communication magical given we can personalise it. New elements added so no letters read the same for the following year, again adding to the magic. Only once did I have one not arrive, contacted the team and this was remedied straight away. I always get mine popped together in good time. I think it’s great value for money and it’s family run and not commercialised so they put effort into getting it right.
Keep up the good work and fingers crossed our little believer gets another 1 or 2 more (she 9 now!).

I’ve got my eldest son’s letters from here for a couple of years now, this year buying an extra 2 letters for my new baby and new baby nephew’s first Christmas’s! Beautiful letters! Great you can change the paragraphs so they are different each year! Perfect!

I have used this company for decades, i have always been more than satisfied with the customer service, the quality of the items, the quantity of choices and just how much care and attention they take over their products. They have always responded quickly to urgent emails sent when mistakes have been made by myself and rectify them quickly, with communication to confirm the requested changes have been made. In fact, i am so happy with this company i emailed them a few years ago to personally thank them for the magical experience they somehow manage to create when someone recieves their letter. My kids have been receiving letters from classic santa for 15 years , they're 30, 25 and 19 now and still look forward to their letters each year and nowadays my grandson joins in the fun and excitement as well .

Classic Santa has made children in my extended family so happy over the past c. 8 years . I have ordered at least 5 letters each year and the quality is amazing and gives a real wow factor and builds the children’s excitement for Santa visiting.
